So, I accepted his offer to set up an appointment with Project Planner Ian Ramseth to provide a cost estimate for the project. I was prepared for a smooth-talking sales pitch, but Ian was just the opposite. Have you ever had the experience of meeting someone for there first time when you felt like you had known them forever? That was Ian: personable, sincere, straightforward - no high-pressure sales pitch. The experience with Ian filled me with a sense of confidence that Vivax Pros would do the job right. Next, I got a call from Rachel at the front office to discuss the task of selecting colors. What a breath of fresh air was she! So pleasant, friendly, and full of information. Could everyone at Vivax Pros be of this caliber? The experience keeps coming. The next phase of the project was for the project manager to pay me a visit to discuss the details of the actual prep and painting. My experience with Isaiah Cavada was no different from the ones with Ian and Rachel. He walked me around the home to ensure he was aware of all my expectations including problem areas, damaged wood in need of repair, etc. One thing I caught onto about Isaiah was his sense of caring about me as a customer and his drive to make sure my needs were met. At the conclusion of the job, Isaiah performed another walk-around with me to ensure the project was completed satisfactorily. He spent time to properly tape off areas, covered flooring and loved all furniture and covered with plastic.. his crew kept the entire home clean and everyone was responsive and courteous. He sanded and also consulted on the type of paint for each surface. I called for changes and he responded promptly.. the entire process was seamless!
