I question the girl doing the facial why I wasn't receiving a steam, hot towels, neck rub, and she mumbled something that in the advanced facials you don't receive that? So, later looking at my charges I noticed I paid $150 which shame on me I should've done when I was in the building, but I guess I trusted and thought I was getting what I asked for! Again, Never having a Microdermabrasion done, I knew it wasn't what facials I have had in the past-just thought that's what they did as a facial...please remember, microdermabrasion was NEVER mentioned or the PRICE!!! I've always just had facials. I called and spoke with the manager, she would not do anything to compensate or to correct this miscommunication on their part I feel because I never stated I wanted a microdermabrasion? Very poor customer service,she would talk with the scheduler and the girl that took my information, but never once did she say that she would talk to her upper manager? And still refused to compensate or do anything . I called her back and asked her to speak with her manager, which she said she would, but it would be after the weekend because they don't work weekend. this Thursday. Not sure if she counts Friday as a weekend? It's sad that business is now they don't really care anymore. About good customer service ! luckily there was 30 days that you could cancel the contract. I did it in less than 24! When I canceled the contract, the manager said OK ! A competent and good manager, would have said why don't we wait and see what we can do to help you out... I would be very cautious going to this establishment and if you do check your receipt, I would say be perfectly clear in what you want, I thought I was in fact, I know I was but somehow I ended up with a treatment I didn't want. I would never have paid $150 for a facial. Initially, I had called and left a message to call me back,stating I was interested in getting some treatments, a facial and a massage I should have known after two days that I didn't hear anything, this was a red flag that this was not a reputable business. But I went ahead anyway-pay attention to the signs that you get, them not calling me back was a big RED flag.... good luck

I was never given paperwork to fill out, so they had no information about medical conditions, injuries, pressure preferences, or areas I may not have wanted worked on. They also never verbally asked me about any of those things themselves, which immediately felt unprofessional to me. The massage table had a white sheet with a folded blue sheet on top that I had to unfold myself to cover up. When the therapist first left the room, she didn't fully close the door and left it cracked open. I closed it myself, and then about two minutes later she walked back in without knocking while I was naked getting onto the table. There was also a significant language barrier, which normally would not bother me at all, but it became uncomfortable when communication issues affected privacy and the massage itself. At one point she brought another woman into the room to use Google Translate, and the door was left completely open while I was laying there with my leg and glute exposed. I was also repeatedly pressured to purchase a $10 Chinese medicine oil add-on. I politely declined multiple times and explained I just wanted her to continue focusing on my problem areas, but I had to say no several times before they finally stopped asking. The walls are extremely thin, and I could hear conversations from the front desk throughout the massage. My massage therapist was even talking through the wall to a coworker or manager during the session, which made it difficult to fully relax. The massage itself was actually nice, and they were able to get me in quickly when I called to book. However, I asked for specific work on certain problem areas and that request was mostly ignored, likely due to the communication barrier. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, privacy, and the relaxing atmosphere most people expect when booking a massage.
