Customer service has gotten way better than before, their lines can get long but the front desk…read morereps are aware and tries to be prompt and quick while being courteous and polite.... I never had problems with anyone working here with an attitude... they are kept to themselves most of the time paying attention to details and minding their work and not just standing around. When the line gets longer, employees in the back has the initiative to help out in the front to get the line moving. I only drop off or pick up my packages here, this is my favorite UPS franchise so far. They lend you their packing tape with no hesitation whatsoever unlike other UPS franchise.
