Very impressed by this location. I had occasion to visit the week before Christmas to send a package The line was wrapped around the store and nearly out the door when I arrived. I questioned whether or not I should come back but I stayed as I needed this package to go out as soon as possible. The line ended up moving very quickly as even more customers arrived. All three registers were open and the employees were working speedily and diligently to help the customers as quickly as possible. As my turn came I was told my package may not arrive by Christmas as the deadline for that date had passed. However I learned that only two days later my package was received and all was well. Customer service has gotten way better than before, their lines can get long but the front desk reps are aware and tries to be prompt and quick while being courteous and polite.... I never had problems with anyone working here with an attitude... they are kept to themselves most of the time paying attention to details and minding their work and not just standing around. When the line gets longer, employees in the back has the initiative to help out in the front to get the line moving. I only drop off or pick up my packages here, this is my favorite UPS franchise so far. They lend you their packing tape with no hesitation whatsoever unlike other UPS franchise. read more

Made appointment on line for afternoon appointment for a notary. I arrived to find a line almost out the door. Went to front of line to speak with employee about my appointment and was interrupted by two other employees and was told by all three (at the same time) they don't do it by appointment and I have to stand in line. Three employees all barking at me at the same time!!! What a failure of operation. I went to a local bank and had it done right away. Since it's hard to keep track of days in this age of social distancing (sorta kidding), I didn't expect this place to be packed with a line outside on a Sunday (jk it was monday). Anyhoo, everyone was standing apart, all of the workers had chic black masks on, I told the folks behind me there were two more spots where one might think to look for buried treasure AND get out of the heat, so keep that in mind when you're standing 6' apart from people and you're not exactly sure why anyhoo I just needed to return some old At&t equipment and sure enough when the young lady opened my box (giggle) she knew exactly what to do! I got an email notification like less than 48 hours later confirming that the equipment was received and I love it when efficiency happens! Definitely looking forward to being a new resident in the Sunnyvale area and happy with my service. read more

Walked in with label on my box at 6:57. Was not only turned down before closing but was yelled at by an African American female named Michelle as she told me she would not take my package even as other workers insisted. She also mentioned she was next in line to be manager & did not care if I was minutes before close. I hope this is not the type of customer service yall provide everyone! read more

You might be wondering why I am leaving a review for a UPS store, well normally I wouldn't, but this location was ran so well I just had to! I've been losing faith in UPS for a very long time because of their rude customer service and their slow demeanor and most of what they did, but I don't know what is changing or maybe it's just this location but I had a great experience here! They were not understaffed and they were very very fast at everything they did. The people were personable, helpful, and seem to just be happy to be at work. This is not like any other UPS I have ever seen. I don't know if they have a new CEO and this is the new way they're doing business, or if this is just this location, but either way I had to give a shout out to this UPS because of my great experience that I had here. Lazy associates, it was 2 minutes until closing and I just had to drop off a prepaid package, and the girl inside saw me and made the signal that they had closed and I signaled it was still two minutes until closing and she shook her head no. I went to the UPS store across from Townesst and as usual it was very crowded, at least 20 people in line. So I get in line like everyone else. I in line maybe 15+ minutes and a young girl comes in and ask a question. She's told to get in line . A worker comes out from the back, by passes Every One in line goes up to her and proceeds to help her! He does this again! And again it's a pretty young girl. The lesson here is get a young girl to do your UPS business. They should be ashamed of the way they treated the customers today!! read more

High value package over in the 5 figures was stolen once we drop off at this facility. We keep seeing constant pattern with problem with UPS in this region with constantly loosing or steeling packages. Unfortunately we will not be not compensated because we didn't add the overprice insurance that's not possible for us to add with small margins we make , Please just beware before shipping high value items. I did not want to write this review, but I honestly feel like I have to. I go to UPS often because of my Etsy business. I drop off packages at multiple UPS stores, but this is the WORST UPS store I've ever been to because of one reason, the manager. I've seen the short, older Hispanic female manager cuss at customers, yell at the workers, and simply sit around while the line was out the door. I saw the manager yell at a customer when one of the workers was getting ready to give her a refund, cuss in Spanish (like no one can understand Spanish??), bark at a customer for "cutting in line", and told customers to go to different UPS stores after waiting in line for over fifteen minutes. The language and tone she uses with customers is rude and downright demeaning, and I've seen multiple people walk out because of the way she treats them. I've also heard her on many occasions gossip about her workers, which is extremely unprofessional one, and two, who gossips about the workers right in front of customers?? The only times I've ever seen her not be rude, she's sitting on her phone while the workers are rushing around. This was all seen while waiting in line to simply DROP OFF my orders over the past couple of months! I am NOT the type of person to write bad reviews, but I just couldn't help myself. The manager's attitude towards EVERYONE is terrible, and it honestly makes me dread to drop off my orders. I've never had an issue with any of the workers, but as long as she is the manager, I will gladly drive to another location just because of her. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! read more

Easiest and fastest way to ship an item! Every time I need to do an Amazon return, the employees there are fast and reliable! The line sometimes looks pretty long, but that's mostly because of the small space inside, but other than that they work pretty fast and you're out the door as soon as you know it. read more

**UPDATED March 4, 2019** I finally received the reimbursement check from the Owner. Considering that it took six months, writing bad reviews, and reporting them to the BBB, the customer service for $52 was inadequate. However, they did finally reimburse us for the delivery that was not made on time. Still would give this horrible store and it's lying owners a below zero rank if I could. As an update, it is now three months since I wrote my original review and since the "owner" responded. No refund has appeared nor has a case been open with UPS to get a refund. DO NOT use this location. There are others nearby with higher rankings. I cannot stress this enough. These people are not worthy of my money; they are not worthy of your money. This store is the closest to my home and something is always wrong when I come here. Either they can't scan the labels on the packages, they can't print labels, the can't scan or take QR codes and there machine to get labels is always down. I just came in and they turned away at least 10 ppl who didn't have labels on their boxes and 2 ppl with QR codes. They basically have 4 ppl working today who are doing nothing since nothing in the store is working. read more

I come in a pinch to do business Things here and get things done closer to my home. It is always overcrowded and under run in this store. Today, I went to have something notarized and although the state says it's $6, and I signed their book one time they tried to charge me $48 illegally. I am tired of companies taking advantage of people. UPS as a whole has been a decent company in the past but the notary Nelson that did not tell me he planned to charge more Than the state allows of $6. I am so frustrated. Also, they have to have a posted sign to notarize which they do not. They are not following protocol. So frustrated. This is an update to my previous 1 star review. I stated earlier that I would call the state and clarify which I did. They agreed that the store was attempting to overcharge me for the notary. After being armed with a name and email address I called corporate to let them know about my experience. I was told they would go ahead and allow me to pay the appropriate fee for my notarized pages. The girl that assisted me was lovely and promptly took care of the situation. I did have to wait in line an additional 20 minutes and next time will go to my bank for the free notary but UPS as a whole did try to make this right. Personally I won't go back to this store because it has been a waste of a day to be treated like a person and charged the state mandated pricing rather than an exorbitant amount which was incorrect. They asked for papers in writing which I took time to print out that they then tried to hand back to me so I'm not certain they plan to follow state guidelines. Beware. I'm learning more and more we have to know state laws about everything. read more

With the days of social distancing not wanting to enter stores and the last 3 months of quarantine I would not have expected it not be this hard once they began having staff in the store again to actually get someone on the phone to renew my mailbox. I have been calling at all hours of the day to get someone on the phone to provide my credit card number to renew the box. The two times I was able to take time off work and go to the store the line was outside the door and I could not wait as I had conference calls for work. I am still trying to get someone to answer the phone!! Not happy that I will have to take off from work tomorrow morning just so I can go to their store to renew my mailbox that I have been calling the store and leaving messages in the general mailbox and the managers mailbox for the past two weeks. read more

Came in early this morning to get my portfolio printed and hopefully binded. From a glance you assume that the place is organized and has perky staff who knows what needs to be done and when things need to be done at a timely fashion. But as soon as I was hooked in and ready to print my prints were coming out extremely dark and scratched from the printer. Which is weird to see a professional business keep a printer that obviously had problems. And if it has issues like that it should be getting cleaned out every end of the day or at least the store should be putting in a work order for a new one. I did at least 25 more prints and it still came out worse even though the employee was trying to lighten it for me. But it only made it looked a lot worse with more scratches and more staticky than before. After looking through all of my prints. I told them in a level voice I don't want the prints, and I don't think this looks very good or professional. The employee gave me this look almost shocked and told me she was going to talk to her manger even though I would never pay for something that badly done. She gave me a one minute hand and went to her manager. I'm assuming to see whether or not I will pay for the printed out pages. The manager looked at me then looked at how many pages are printed and said "Yeah that was a waste of paper of course she has to pay for that." I bit my tongue and mentally kicked myself because I knew probably more than likely didn't want to make a fuss even though these people are being so unprofessional and obviously not knowing that something that poorly done should not be charged to anybody if anything they should be looking for someone to fix their printer and figure out why it's printing so dark and scratchy. How do you expect anybody to want to pay for that how would you expect to keep any business if you're charging people for something so low quality. I ended up paying $32.08 for those prints in total. The girl rang me up and after my transaction was done I swiftly turned on my heels and headed out the door you can keep my money but you will not be getting my business again. Mind you, this is not an overly complicated project, it's double-sided sheets, about 200 of them, and somehow they still can't get it done. I have utilized this store now probably 6 times for Amazon returns. Overall the customer service is helpful and considerate. There was one time that I was not feeling well and they immediately got me a chair and free bottled water. The only thing is while someone is getting their act together they should help the next customer. Standing outside in the heat was miserable. read more
