Tried to meet with her and discuss my concerns of feeling forced to sign my daughter up for several mandatory ballet classes to remain on the comp team and spending in excess of $5000 a year along with mandatory fees associated with the annual Nutcracker performance, plus a minimum of SIX summer classes which could only be taken at this studio even tho my 16 year old had a summer job and vacation which means she would be missing most of these classes yet I was expected to pay for them!! The comp teams were amazing and won several first place awards and yet none of the girls were allowed to keep the prizes or trophies so this, along with all the mandatory classes we were expected to pay caused several girls to quit along with my daughter. I was told my first payment for summer classes was non refundable even tho summer classes hadn't even started yet. I will say the hip hop/jazz and tap/ballet teachers are amazing and could easily start their own studio!! But after 13 years I would have expected more from the owner who claims to be committed to what's best for her dancers yet basically ignored the concerns of several dancers and their moms!!

The woman in charge of the infant room walked around holding the center managers 4 year old every day. Are you kidding me? You have infants that need to be held. They didn't know how to treat breast milk and warmed it up so much it was burning hot. Even the other kids were dirty. They didn't change my babies diaper enough and she had horrible diaper rash that she never had since. This was 3 years ago and I still get livid just thinking about it. The gym is a good size and has a separate area for the ninja equipment. This is only week two but we are happy with this location.
