Great yakisoba noodles! Wow! I really enjoyed these noodles and they give you so much. I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered from this food truck for the first time. This truck was outside of Super G Mart in Pineville when I went there to attend a cooking class. I was able to eat this over the course of two days, it was super flavorful and the spicy won sauce was delicious. I'd definitely eat from this truck again. Next time I'll order more food for sure too. I was just testing them out this time and really enjoyed their noodles. The folks working the truck were super nice and helpful. We were happy to find this truck at Dust Off Brewery... We ordered 2 different Baos, Fried Dumplings and Bang Bang Shrimp to share...and here's the deal. First of all, their Fried Dumplings were really good! Sadly, I was a bit disappointed with the Baos. First of all, I expected 3 Baos (as seen in Yelp pictures), but there were only 2, priced at about 10 bucks. I thought they were a bit overpriced for 2 mini buns. Also, instead of the Korean Bulgogi Baos, the Korean Baos were more like Siracha Chicken w/ Pickles...really nothing Korean about it. The buns weren't super-soft either. Though they tasted good, the buns were just not authentic. My favorite was the Bang Bang Shrimp...but I wish they were a bit more generous with the sprinkles of Seaweed. The pictures in Yelp were a bit deceiving. Possibly because of the pictures I've seen in Yelp prior to, I was disappointed. Everything was just a bit LESS. Still, overall, the foods were pretty good...especially for a food truck. I'm a bit torn about the rating. If based on the Baos, I'd rate 2 (not authentic, and overpriced)...but the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Fried Dumplings were a strong 4, especially for a food truck. I really wish they improve on the Baos (either go back to 3 buns, or at least make the 2 mini buns more authentic - softer buns, for one). Also, I must go back to pricing issue. 2 tiny buns for 10 bucks?? You get more than that at lofty Asian restaurants...with nicer presentation, complete with a nice plate and silverware! If reducing portions, I feel they should at least use more toppings (Seaweed, for one, in the Bang Bang Shrimp). At least for me, pricing should feel fair. read more

This food truck is one of the few that's piqued my interest. The prices are reasonable, and the food is worth the cost for sure. The chicken fried rice used good meat (apparently another review had bad luck), and the sum total of the ingredients was delicious. The pickled onion, whatever sauce they used, and the vegetables in the rice were a good combination. The wait time is reasonable, but not particularly quick. It's not as if they have the food already plated when you get there. read more

I have been waiting for this truck to come to my neighborhood and it finally did. Pretty much ordered most of the menu because I wasn't sure when it would be back again. Ordered the Pork wontons, Bang bang shrimp, Korean chicken hot honey bao, Bulgogi yakisoba noodles, and fried rice. The wontons were very good. The bang bang shrimp were good, but the shrimp were small and little fishy tasting. The bao was our favorite, nice flavor and perfectly cooked bun. Wish the chicken would have had more of a crunch. The noods were were perfectly cooked and savory. I would skip the fried rice. Over all, very delish! Hope they come back soon. read more

My job had this food truck come out one week. I didn't know what to expect so I had very low expectations. When I walked up there was a line so once it got to my turn they closed the window. I stood there for a few minutes and socialized till they returned. They took my order and I didn't wait too long. I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp. The only thing my coworker and I agreed on was a larger portion size other than that It was very yummy! A lot yummier than restaurants that I've visited. That Won Truck was at a brewery we visited with our son Halloween weekend. They had a costume contest that was going on, so it was a good reason to go, and the food truck made it an easy choice to have dinner while we were there. The food was really good. We particularly liked the pork wontons and the OG Fried Rice. Took a little bit of time to get our orders, but we probably could have planned it a little better and ordered through their app in advance. Delicious!! Caught them at Augusta Food Fest. It was one of our favorites. Went back for seconds! The bao "tacos" were fabulous and worth every penny (more than fair pricing). Service was very friendly but it did take a little while to get your order. Would definitely eat here again when it comes to town! read more

That Won Truck came to my place of work and I preordered the bang bang shrimp and a coke. Came to pick up my order and my total was $13.98. I asked for the coke that came with the order and the girl said I didn't say I wanted one on my preorder, which is wrong because on the preorder form it asks which drink you choose. She made me pay for another one. So I spent almost $16 on a very small portion of the bang bang shrimp and a can of coke. Pretty disappointed. The sushi bowl was not as good as what you'd get at the grocery store and was hot to the touch because they use hot rice. The sushi was warm and starting to turn color by the time I ate it. Definitely not a safe way to eat sushi, probably packed with bacteria. The pork won tons had a good outer shell but the filling was clumpy and fell out in the sauce when you try to dip it. Overall, I will never get food here again unless I will literally die otherwise (because you might anyway if you get the sushi bowl). Just skip this one friends better off going to McDonald's. read more

I've been looking forward to trying this food truck. The Korean fried chicken was very tasty and had amazing flavors. The garlic fried rice was ok. It just tasted like they just threw roasted garlic pieces on top of already cooked rice instead of cooking them together. The reason for the 3 stars is the price to portion ratio. For the $9, I would expect more than 6 pieces of small chicken (5 wings and 1 drum). And for $4, you get less than a cup of the underwhelming garlic fried rice. Another issue is that their full menu is not available all the time. Not sure if they advertise ahead of time what will be available that day. I will try again, definitely a different dish to see if they can wow me to change my mind. read more
