The tables inside were cleared with the exception of one large table that had their traditional display of uneaten food and debris. I only saw three employees: order taker, kitchen preparer and a woman who picked up the orders and brought them to you. Apparently City BBQ has yet to hire a bus person to clear and clean tables and to sweep the floor. Irony is that when we have been to events catered by City BBQ the food was excellent.
