Now this is what I call the "EPITOME" of Customer Service. The complimentary arrangement arrived to my recipient/friend on Mother's Day and it was spectacular. Just as good as my ordered, but early delivered, arrangement. Larsen Florist bends over backwards to make things right when mistakes happen, which are far and few between. In my opinion, Larsen Florist is the best in the business. Hmmm, and they have been in business for over 150 years now -- that fact alone, speaks volumes.
