The second layer had dried up pieces of chicken and nothing else discernable as food. The best I can say about the entire $25 order, is the Cinnamon Twists were good. I really think it's time for Taco Bell to hire a manager for this location. If I drive a little more out of my way to the location on Meridian, the food is always good, and service is great.
