The facility is easily accessible and very clean so far and the staff was very friendly. No complaints there. I was however disappointed with the explanation of cost's. Could not help but feel we had been baited and switched based off the online promotion rate and the rate we received in the office. After explaining to the the agent we had seen the promotion, we were told that it would be applied at the end only to tell us at time of payment that they were unable to apply back to back promotions and that rates are dependent upon availability. I am in sales and understand in the agents position, web site promotions mean I would be receiving product or services at reduced rate and no mark ups mean no commissions. However I also believe in being upfront during the process, earning trust through transparency and in doing so cost is never an issue to overcome because a relationship has been established. I will continue to stay with the facility because they are the best suited presently for my wants in a facility and location is convenient for my family but because no relationship was established I will not think twice of terminating and taking my business elsewhere not to return. read more

I was a customer for 9 months at the Federal Hwy, Delray location. Steve is a saint. He went above and beyond assisting me me on many different occasions. He "tolerated, lol me" when I was out of sorts, more so, than my own mother would have. Patients of a Saint. I am putting this up over a month later because I am in the moving industry and today a customer treated me the exact same way I had treated him. I felt it necessary to commend him on staying on the beam and letting me vent through a difficult few months while in transition, because I lost my home during Covid. Moving is extremely stressful it itself without added issues like storage for household goods. Monica (at the Federal Hwy location in Delray Beach) was absolutely a saint in alleviating the stress in securing storage space and handling ours needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, friendly and understanding. The facility exceeded our expectations in that it was very clean, well lit, organized, had the appropriate carts, very secure and has a sizable covered area to load and unload. I was very pleased at my welcome when I investigated this facility in November. The promotion of the first month free was attractive and the monthly rate was much better than what I was paying at another facility. Security is good and the storage units are very clean. In fact, the whole facility is well cared for. Access is convenient with many hand trucks available at all times. I'm glad I made the move. read more
