There have been two instances where I got home and my hair was just a tad longer than I thought it was and I have gone back a few days later to trim it up and there was never any charge. You can get away with a walk-in during the week, but I would recommend an appointment if you want to be seen on Saturday, as the stylists here do a brisk business for weddings and special events which are often scheduled on Saturday. Prices are average for a salon. My haircut, shampoo, and style is $23. The service you get here is what sets it apart from the other local salons!

When we called, we were told that the treatment would only remove SOME of the curl, which we were never told. spent far too much money and did not get the results I was expecting. My hair is still incredibly frizzy, which we were told when calling her that the treatment was supposed to fix. Ended up talking to the owner, and she talked down to me like a child. was very rude, has no people skills. Blamed us for the 'misunderstanding'. I was never told that my pictures would be posted on their page and if I had known would never had consented to having my photos taken. Will never return, this salon is incredibly misleading in their business practice, and the owner is incredibly rude. Update: The owner called us today. She yelled and ranted and cussed us out, and told my grandmother she needed to get me under control.

My mother was a first time customer and will never go back. All she wanted was a wash and blow…read moredry. She forgot the purple shampoo that she uses and asked if Linda had some. She said yes but that would be an upcharge. I tried to show her a photo of how my mother likes her hair and she barely took the time to glance at it. She was supposed to do a simple bob blow dry, the kind that slightly curls under but she made my mother's hair look pin straight. Even the bangs were completely straight where normally they would curl under. My mother asked if she could at least curl them under a little (you could see the disappoinment on my mother's face) but she said she'd need the curling iron for that and that would be an upcharge as well so my mother declined. Then as my mother was paying she pointed 2-3 at the screen saying, that's where you leave a tip. Then again, "you put the tip in there". I said to my mother, "only if you're satisfied mom" at which Linda sighed an sucked her teeth like a teenager. My mother left a tip because she said she felt pressured to. In any case please go anywhere but here.
