This is only for the bar. I didn't have an ounce of food here. This is a nice place for drinking. They have maybe 8 taps of local beer, which is a nice touch. It's easy to get in and out of, the service is good, and it's around everything. I suggest coming in for a drink (bottomless Mimosas during brunch on Sunday) to get off your feet. read more

I have been here a few times and finally decided to review. The happy hour prices are VERY good. Half off drafts and wine. Actually a lot of the food there is prepared grilled and not fried. They have baked wings that are pretty awesome. They always have the local beers on tap. Also be sure to ask about any daily specials they may have as they will not be listed on the menu. If you like live music and don't mind the smell of stale beer this place is for you. When I came here Friday night they had two sets of people for live music which they played through the speakers and the tv screen on the second floor. Outside of the music they had other music playing which made it pretty loud with all of the people in the bar. You can stay downstairs or they have an upstairs area that has a bar and bathrooms. For the bar the bartender (Tommy) was friendly and did his best to service everyone as quickly as he could. The bar has a range of beer, wine and mixed drinks. For food we ordered a couple of small baskets including the chicken tenders and sweet potato tator tots. Decent enough food for a snack. Great for groups and will be back. read more

We came in for a couple of quick cocktails on a Thursday around 1pm. My man got the grapefruit Crush I got the blueberry lemonade Crush. They were both delightful and VERY strong...but expensive $21.97 before tip. The fruit was very fresh and muddled right in front of us. Weekday lunch, they clearly really wanted some customers, the manager was standing at the door chatting people up. It's right near the water at kinda the main Fell's Point parking lot. We walked past the bar, a square room with a bar in the middle, and sat in the small back room, which is so small that the whole room is 'near the kitchen door. We ordered a beer sampler and a smoked salmon appetizer, which came out promptly, and our waitress was very friendly and knew the menu well. They had a good selection of local beers in the sampler (see pic), and we ordered lunch next. I had a seafood quesodilla, which was kinda too soggy and fell apart. The chunks of seafood were too big, and seasoning was lacking for a quesodilla. We also tried a crab cake sandwich, which was tasty, and a crab mac n' cheese, which was not that crabby or cheesy, kinda unimpressive. We weren't upset by our meal or anything, but the Admiral's Cup definitely settles into an A-OK ranking. read more

The Admiral's Cup is a great place to stop by for some beers and yummy meal, however the menu is a little limited. Since moving to the area they've earned the title of Best MD crab soup in Fells (in my personal opinion). And at night they're a super fun place to go out and drink and dance! The spirit of Ben Franklin seems to have followed me down the coast from Philadelphia on this long road trip, with a strong aversion to tolls and a blind instinct for historic places. I was led to bypass the tunnel and discovered Fell's Point (c.1734) completely randomly. With a lively, young, crowd for a Monday, there are many places to choose from here...so I decided on the place with the best music audible from the street to check-in. I used to enjoy this place. I never disclosed my sexual preferences before but I was having a legitimate conversation with another customer when I was asked to leave. Also wouldn't serve my gay friend only after again this conversation came up, but let us see and the bar and converse with other customers until topic came up. Completely unacceptable, uncomfortable and homophonic for no reason. It was disgusting and completely uncalled for. I have contacted multiple agencies on behalf of this establishment to ensure it never happens to Another civilian. read more

Great live music and good vibes in here! Located in Historic Fell's Point right on the water, this no-nonsense nautical-ish bar offers up strong drinks, harbor views, and a good time even during the day. We popped in yesterday on a rainy Saturday and they had a kickass guy/girl band who could REALLY sing. Came back more than two hours later and they were JUST wrapping up their set. Impressive since most bar musicians are pretty "meh". I wish I had cash to tip them but wanted to extend my sincere compliments. A big group of my friends and I went to Admirals Cup for Brunch. Right when we sat down we asked if we could have separate checks. We understood this was a little challenging but that is why we informed her right at the beginning. The waitress was extremely rude about this topic, her words were, "it's extremely annoying and irritating" I almost had my group get up and leave right then. I am a waitress myself, I would never talk to a customer like that. When we got our food it tasted cheap and basic. My crab mac and cheese tasted like nothing. We ordered sides that did not come out until we were almost done eating because the waitress did not put the order in. It was hard work to get Mimosa refills. The soup tasted like it was from a can. My friends omelet that should have had spinach, had lettuce in it. Yes I said lettuce, yuck. The bartender and hostess were both nice and tried to make things right but honestly we all just wanted to get out of there. I will never come back to this again. read more

About 5 minutes after we sat down at the bar, three VERY LOUD obnoxious men came in and ordered 3 Tom Collins. They were seated a few seats down from us, had foul mouths, and we just opted to leave. Okay, I've been here a few times, but never felt really compelled to write a review before. I had a BLT of some sort once when they first opened that was good. The bottomless mimosas on the weekends are a good deal. The view is great. I like that they have outdoor heaters for those days when it's really too cold to eat outside but you really want to anyway. That's all from my past experiences... Yesterday, we went in in the afternoon while wandering around Fells shopping and such. Managed to get UMD football on the TV although it took a while. Service was fine, atmosphere is good, I love the renovations. Then we ordered wings. Not good. I LOVE chicken wings. When I break my diet to eat them, I want it to be worth it. These were not. They were soggy. Maybe they weren't fried, I'm down with that, but they should be broiled longer if so, because they were not crispy at all. It's easy to get a crispy texture without frying if that's what they're trying to do, which I definitely dig. The sauce was pretty good, but nothing too special. Not enough celery by far. They were meaty, but no where near meaty enough to justify $12 price tag. Overall, a big disappointment. After finishing our beers, we met our biggest disappointment.... the beer prices. $7 for Blue Moon & Sam Adams drafts?? Really? No. That's crazy. $7 for the Full Tilt and Dogfish and all those other beers that I never order because I can't keep track of what type of beer I'm going to get, okay, maybe. But for Blue Moon and Sam? At least put the price on the menu so I can just order a Boh or maybe wine or a cocktail if I want to splurge, instead of spending $7 on a boring beer and being surprised about it. read more

Not my favorite rather far from it. We thought this was going to be a quick stop and nope this was over an over wait for our food. They couldn't accommodate the 5 in our party so we sat at the bartender which didn't realize we were all together. Took our drink order and then never came back we had to ask for menus and tell them we were ordering food. Then our appetizer never came out. Also at the bar the sink and ice is right next to each other so everytime the bar back or busser came to empty drinks or drop off cups the Ice would get splashed by old drinks. This is a great bar for an older but still rambunctious crowd on the weekends. There's a tall padded bench in the back that screams "sit here and people watch, because it's going to get GLORIOUS!", and it never leads me astray. Was not impressed. Sunday afternoon June 4, 2017. As we walked by, they had a band playing (Billy Idol, Rebel Yell) so we stopped by for drinks and dinner. We ordered drinks and looked at the menu. When the waitress came back with our drinks we asked if she could split our checks(there were 3 couples). If she was nice and said 'I'm sorry we can't do that here' we would have been like ok, we'll work it out. BUT she wasn't so pleasant about it. She said, and I quote "I'm telling you right now, I'm not splitting checks" very rudely (she was a waitress outside) So as soon as she came back to take our order we asked for our check and went to a place that wasn't so rude and dropped $200+ on dinner. I have done lots of reviewed and only 1-2 bad reviews, this makes 3. We went to about 10 places in Baltimore over the weekend they all said said no worry they could split checks. Not sure what the deal is about separate checks, honestly in my opinion that should mean more tip for you. But if you can't/won't do separate checks, you don't have to be so rude about it. read more

The layout of this place is centered around the bar. While it's large, it leaves a narrow space for everyone and everything else. Apparently there is a lot of history with this place..... Stopped in for a drink with some friends who have been here before the huge remodel. Since I have no idea what it looked like before the remodel, I can only comment on how it is now. Being a sailor myself, I can't help but love the nautical decor. While my friends chatted up the bartender about how this place was back in the day, I wandered the wall checked out the various props and port holes that were on display. It definitely makes this place look like a high end place, almost like a place you would see in Annapolis. The bartenders are very cool and some of them will give you the low down on what this place looked like before the remodeling. Visited on a hot Saturday afternoon for lunch. It's a great place if you want something really casual, reasonably priced, and a cold drink. Most of the other people were there for the bar, but the food menu is nothing to scoff at. The BALT sandwich was pretty good - putting avocado on anything usually makes me pretty happy. Everyone else at the table got some sort of crab, and everyone was really impressed. They hadn't expected much considering this place is more of a bar than a restaurant, but they were all pretty pleased with the quality. Crab cake, crab cake sandwich, and crab mac & cheese were all up to par. The drinks were a little pricey. I was a little miffed when my overpriced Blue Moon came out in a plastic cup. If it wasn't for that I would be more likely to hang out there more often. read more

Terrible service! Music was blaring. Bartenders ignored you unless you were buxom and blonde. Limited selection of beers. The men's room had a longer line than the women's. and when we went to leave out a side entrance that had been open the whole night, a bartender slammed the door in our faces and yelled to leave out the other side of the bar. Forcing us to fight our way out through the crowd. Oh, and in the 1 hour we were there, the literally played "Gang Nam Style" 4 F'n times! And all of the music was at full blast. It's the kind of bar where dumb kids get smashed for their 21st birthday. Some guy was puking on the sidewalk right outside and had to be pushed into a cab. It might be new ownership. Great happy hour selections! I loved the "loose cannon" beer for 50% off during the weekdays. I've also sat outside with my dog before and they were extremely dog friendly- they offer seating outside with a great view of the harbor. Even in the summer time there's a really great breeze from the water and even some live music on the street. Definitely come by for a chill time! read more

I can not believe the audacity of the serves at this bar. I came in as part of a bachelorette party. We were wearing whistles around our neck, and yes we where blowing them because we were excited! The first bar tender asked us to stop blowing them, which we did RIGHT AWAY! But it continued... the bar tenders Aaron and Jessie REFUSED to serve any one associated with the party and made comments to other patrons, who seemed to be enjoying us, apologizing for our tackiness and rudeness. I was part of the peddle mill bar crawl, who had openly admitted to having problems with Aaron more then once. My mom, who lives in philly, has also stayed at the sister hotel many times... If you are looking for a young crowd with live music, TVs, dancing then this is your place to go! I personally am not but, a few years ago this probably would have been great for me! They had a band performing while we were there, not sure if this is a regular thing! The space is two floors, the downstairs was jam packed with people and up top was more lax. For the city, I felt like the drinks were reasonably priced! We didn't try any food so I can't comment on that. If I return to Baltimore and end up here, I'll be sure to update. Should've known this place would be awful since it was the only place without a line on the first 80 degree Friday night of the year. My husband and I strolled in, sat at the almost empty bar, and made eye contact with not one, not two, but three bartenders who quickly disengaged and went and chatted with folks they knew at the other end of the bar. I am slowly giving up on Fell's Point. The restaurants here have gone downhill since I have moved to Bmore 4 years ago...in my opinion of course. It is becoming just a huge tourist trap. Admirals Cup is the newest restaurant to open up in Fell's and with this newest opening...my opinion remains unchanged. I have had both lunch and drinks here in the evening. It does have a good vibe in the evening for late night drinks, however it does get packed and it is hard to find a perch to enjoy your beverages. The beers are pretty much all local which is cool but they are pricey. They do have decent happy hours here especially on Monday evenings. It is half price beer and wine. The view to the harbor is nice if that is what you are looking for, but the food is pretty lackluster. I will start out by saying the service was pretty good and we were seated outside. We started with the crab dip and it was pretty meh. Not a lot of crab and heavy on everything else. I had the crab cake sandwich and my wife had the chicken breast sandwich. My crab cake was really bland and if you look at my picture the lettuce was probably 3 days old because the edges were all brown. Bummer. They must have harvested that chicken breast from a peep, because my wife's chicken breast looked like a chicken wing. It was pathetically small and overcooked. It was hard like a hockey puck. Overall, I would say pass on this place unless you are looking for booze and a view of the harbor. Additionally, with Shucker's closed the bums are starting to mingle over to the outdoor seating area here. Again, Fell's has let me down. read more
