I am natural right now. I will be back to update next week however I do have concerns that I get the run around a bit. currently two insurance companies are not excepting responsibility. My attorney seems pleasant but it is the same conversation every time. I requested the case to be sent to the legation department now he needs another week for a denial again before he can do that. If they refuse to legation there is nothing my attorney can do. I will get another attorney if that is the case but now I am feeling like this has been a huge waste of time. 32% is nothing to disregard but I am assuming they have so many other cases little cases are just fillers. I was in a hit & run car accident which resulted in 2 nerve issues. Requiring hours of physical therapy, future surgical intervention. They were friendly and attentive. Sadly even though I was hit and the other driver fled the scene (I did capture his plates) the fact I called 911 to report it and the fact the state patrol initially said the other driver was at fault, the state patrol later changed there statements. Therefore making my case worthless. Jamal was kind, graceful and a helpful during our exchanges. If you were hurt and have sufficient evidence I would seek these guys based on their helpfulness and grace. My six year-old daughter and I were (ironically) on the way to the hospital to visit my sister and new baby niece, when we were hit from behind at a red light. The hit was hard enough to total both vehicles, and my daughter and I were moderately injured. After going through all of the police reports and paperwork, we find out the other driver was a multiple DUI offender and had a revoked driver's license. They promised me a certain amount that was supposed to be untaxed but they kept about 8k of it.. they never helped when I was ghosted by my chiropractor. 6 minutes ago-Edit I was in a pretty bad car accident that had me five months on short-term disability, months of physical therapy and spinal surgery. Through all of this nightmare, the team at The Advocates were there to support me. They are a marvelous team that in my experience are on your side; providing support and kindness. Cameron took the initial intake and was absolutely delightful. He made me laugh when I was hurting so bad from my injuries I was near tears. Cameron also checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing. When it came time to receive my settlement he delivered my check personally to my house. Truly the man is a treasure of kindness and positive energy. Caroline was such a doll navigating and hounding my insurance to pay me what I was entitled to under my policy while I was unable to drive or care for myself. Do your homework if you want the advocates to represent you. They will assign an attorney to your case and don't make the mistake I made with going with who they assigned to represent you! Do your do diligence in finding the right lawyer to handle your case with this firm. My lawyer was Good in the beginning but as my case went on it just got worse to the point he would say I just received this order or report but didn't read it fully. I would ask him to get with me once he fully read the order and he would only give me a short answer like "not in your favor " or the "medical panel report was marginal in your favor" I would read the whole report and find inconsistencies in the defense report , wrong medical information and even my last name was spelled wrong on my court order. Never heard a word about any of this from my attorney! Once your case is not looking in your favor they stop working for you! I called to complain and they sent me to another lawyer in there firm who was nice enough to take 10 minutes to explain my options to appeal my court order in my case. Within a couple hours my lawyer sends me an e-mail saying how much time he spent with other lawyers in there firm discussing my case but can't even give his client the information on what he spent so much time reviewing. This is what he did give me was that he was withdrawing himself from my case and no longer representing me because of no chance of winning in an appeal. Hopefully your case will be in your favor because I'm sure they will fully read your order and discuss with you how favorable your case is with you. read more

I didn't see any money until five years after my accident and then when I did go pick up my check I ended up getting less money than the attorney fees!!!!!! we did have to go to arbitration however I felt that the attorney didn't really know everything that was going on with the case, the other party had some of my medical documents but not all of them I had to show the attorney while we were in arbitration that yes I did in fact have appointments in between certain amount of time however when the rebuttal came he felt to mention the proof of having those !!! I feel like an after thought and not a valued customer when in fact they walked away with more than I did so they should have treated me with a lot more compassion and give a crap!!!!???? Once the complaint was filed I received an email advising they are dropping me and claimed litigation costs would be to high. Then he asked what insurance company for responsible party. Told him Geico. He said we can't take case cause Geico always wants to litigate in court and that takes too much time . So what they want is to get 30% for a quick sttlement that injured party does all the work then they make a few calls write a few letters and get quick cash.
