I want to start by saying the office itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the consultation experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. After photos were taken, I spent a significant amount of time waiting. By the time Melanie's assistant came in to speak with me, I had already been there for quite a while. When I explained that I was there for a consultation only and was not planning to have treatment performed that day, I felt a noticeable shift in the interaction. While she remained professional, I left with the impression that consultation-only patients were not a priority. After additional waiting, Melanie came in and provided recommendations, including Sculptra and other treatments. However, the consultation felt very rushed. As a first-time patient who knows very little about cosmetic procedures, I was hoping for more education, discussion, and guidance. Instead, I felt like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the recommendations being made. Afterward, another staff member quickly reviewed treatment plans, membership options, and pricing. The information was presented so rapidly that it was difficult to follow, and when I attempted to ask questions, I felt as though the conversation was being rushed along rather than welcomed. What disappointed me most was not the treatment recommendations themselves, but the overall experience. I came in looking for expertise, education, and a relationship with a provider I could trust long-term. Instead, after spending roughly 90 minutes in the office, much of it waiting, I left feeling like my consultation was something to get through rather than an opportunity to earn my business. For patients who already know exactly what they want and are ready to proceed with treatment immediately, this practice may be a good fit. For first-time patients looking for a thorough consultation, education, and a more personalized experience, my experience fell short of expectations.

I went to nurse tammy with my M shaped lips and with virgin lips and I had a deep indent on one side of my lips from being too dry and cracking, she plumped and smoothed out my lip balance so nicely and they looked so full and plump without looking like I got fillers. She was very confident in her knowledge which put me at ease and her numbing cream worked amazing as well as the little buzzer that she used to distract me. She is my new lip go to gal since i moved to Las Vegas she will not overfill you and will tell you when she thinks you are doing too much. Highly recommend her and her office. First and foremost Nurse Tammy is an awesome soul. Always greeted with a big smile and you automatically feel welcomed and appreciated. Nope Almost 3 months later she talks me into trying a 3 session purchase of microneedling instead of the Filler I wanted. I reluctantly agreed especially since she just lost her assistant and had to quickly hire and train a new girl. I made my first appointment. NGL pissed off. But went. I get there guess the receptionist couldn't do her one job and actually book the appointment. So I drive all the way there with my bf who already is mad about the situation and price and me not getting what I want. Anyway, apparently she wasn't trained properly in xeomin microneedling and she rushed me bc they forgot to schedule me so I got a half ass procedure and scarring. I knew something was wrong so I went to an actual plastic surgeon and explained all of this. Her jaw dropped. I went immediately to see if I could be civil and express my frustration with the office manager at Elements and see if I could get some reimbursement. What a joke. Supposedly the credit card machine was down at that moment. Coincidence? No! So she wrote my credit card info on paper, which is illegal and said when the machine was working that they would refund me partially and let me know. Well, not even an hour later I get a hostile kinda condescending aggressive laughable childish message from.the NP Karen who I had to ask to stop texting me bc It was harassment at this point. Then I blocked her. Ugh. Anyway, this all went down Wednesday. So. I still hear nothing by Monday. I called my bank. Guess what? No pending hold or deposit pending. I called Elements and asked to speak to the office manager and there's 2 btw but weirdly enough both are off on Mondays! Wait, it gets better. So I ask the girl.who answered the phone if they got the credit card machine fixed yet. SHE SAID THEY WERE NEVER DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless. Surprise surprise tho i woke up thos morning with a text all.of a sudden reiterating my refund would be on the way but it takes a while. Basically Elements is greedy, phony liars. Do not trust them. Once I met up with Dr. Mall, he was able to completely remove it in under 6 sessions! (Even better, he provides lidocaine injections which makes them virtually pain-free). I would highly recommend Dr. Mall and I am considering removing my other tattoo so that I can be completely tattoo-free.
