Sept. 11, 2025 I received the WORST filler treatment of my life by Princess at No Lines by Design in Las Vegas. Over the past 23 years, I've had numerous injections of Radiesse, Restylane, Juvederm and Botox. NOT ONCE did I have ANY swelling or bruising that lasted more than 24 hours. My photo is after 3 FULL DAYS. You can see the lumpy swollen bruised mess created by Princess. I'm now looking for someone to apply Hyaluronidase to hopefully shrink/reverse some of her damage because I have scheduled appearances in New York City, London and Paris this coming week. I intend to do EVERYTHING I can legally to shut down this business. FYI: Seems Princess got kicked out of her prior location because she now operates from a tiny cubicle inside a hair/nail salon. If you go to this "hole in the wall" for ANY cosmetic procedures after reading this and seeing my photo, you deserve what you get. read more

I am writing this review based on the No Lines By Design side of the business, as I am a client of both practices in this building. I went to Michelle for a consult and she discussed my concerns with aging at length with me, as I have held off on doing anything for a very long time. She was so helpful and didn't push anything on me, but informed me of which procedure does what..very helpful. When it came time to pull the trigger and get a procedure done, I ended up with Teri. While I was concerned about reiterating my hesitance with too much/too little, any side effect/pain potential, etc., she had reviewed my notes in my initial meeting and still let me vocalize my concerns. Teri was awesome, she was accommodating and I felt comfortable in her expert hands. I am happy with my results and went back two weeks later and we did a little fine tuning. I came to Terry three times now and I will NEVER come back. When I first walked in, they had me pay before the procedure. I get it. Then she asked me for a tip and I gave her 20 dollars. I don't know if that upset her, but my face is currently distorted. She filled up my ride side with so much filler that their wasn't enough for my left. I felt it but now I can see it. I added a photo to show you how one cheek is extremely higher. My face is distorted and i have to wait a year before results go away. This is my favorite place to be for any med spa needs. Todays agenda was facial. I received the Diamond glow facial today and let me tell you! Kealani best massages best facial, such a calm relaxing environment. Love the colors in the room a ton of pink. The determining factor was my friend, who is in her late 50s... but looks jaw-dropping good for her age. When she said this is where she went, it was an easy choice to follow her footsteps. I could not be happier. BJ was my aesthetician for my facial. She has a ball of sunshine and such a pleasure to talk with. She knows so much about skin care and treatments. Found this AMAZING place on Groupon. I've been wanting to do a colon hydrotherapy and researching it for a while. I came across this place on Groupon and had great reviews. I purchased a 2 appointment package and I went to my first appointment and it was a really good experience. The tech's name is Shelli and she was so GREAT! She explained everything step by step, was very professional, and friendly. Shelli made me feel comfortable and safe. The procedure was not terrible but it was interesting...lol The procedure was 35-40mins long from the time you start the water flow. Shelli came in and out of the room to check on me. She rubbed some essential oils on my stomach and showed me how to use the massager to help if I wanted it. After the actual procedure is done I felt good. My stomach felt fine and not bloated. I didn't eat before the treatment. (recommend not to eat 2 hours + before appointment) After it was done I felt full. I am looking forward to my 2nd treatment and will continue to keep doing this from time to time to keep my insides cleansed. read more

I went here after finding a Groupon for 1 syringe of Juvéderm plus. I was super nervous as it was my first time getting them done! I was greeted by friendly staff and everyone made me feel comfortable. All I had to do was fill out paperwork as any new client, then I was taken into the room to do some before photos and just get a consultation about my medical history from the person performing the injections. I was given a dental block and a numbing cream so I hardly felt any pain at all. It took 15 minutes to actually numb with the topical cream and my mouth was only number for an hour after with the dental block. Overall, the experience was super easy and I have no complaints about my lips. I haven't experience pain or bruising either (hopefully I won't) but I love them! read more

My little Marcia (and her team!) is such a LIFE SAVER. I thought I would try a different filler, more instant rather than the usual Sculptra I get from Marcia, because I felt like it quit working on me. Unlike regular fillers, Sculptras relults aren't noticable for months. I waited till the last minute to make an appointment with her so I couldn't get one in time for an event. So I went to my renowned plastic surgeon. I couldn't believe what he did to me and had the nerve to charge me a little over 3 grand, for fillers and botox! Im not THAT bad. I looked awful, like he did nothing but deflate me even more. So I went to my older plastic surgeon whom I only got fillers from, and he gave me fillers in my nasal labia folds. Looked good enough, but I needed more. Thankfully someone cancelled at No Lines and they were able to see me this time much sooner. I actually cried to Marcia telling her the terrible time I had away from the protection of her expertise and compassion. She is such a lovely person, cool and an artist. Marcia was able to put my face back together with her suggestions and expert "eye", for LESS then the others charged me! Much better results for less money. Go figure. read more

I'm going to have to give them 1 star because there customer service is good. Carolyn is really nice but I should have for sure listened to these reviews I read. I went in for my smile lines and was told they could get taken care of. I explained how that was my area and was so scared to do this but I took the risk. Smh. I shouldn't have! It's been 3 weeks and the same problem is still there and my face looks different in my cheek areas. It looks like I've been punched under my right eye, like I have a knot, and it won't go away smh. I went in for a follow up and they took pictures, smile lines still there, and under my right eye it looks swollen. I asked the doctor and she says oh you look great and I'm being hard on myself. She says my cheeks looks so good and blah, but I didn't want my cheeks, I was worried about my smile lines that she kept telling me in the beginning would be gone when I'm not smiling. She pretty much was talking about stuff that did not matter to me or what we discussed i wanted done. My cheeks were fine before, now under one eye it looks swollen! Total waste of money to go to this place BUT I have a friend who works here and so I tried it! I know it can get done because I know women who get it done all the time! Total rip off and honestly I should have listened to these reviews. The good reviews I notice are mainly people who work there or friends of people who work there. I should have paid more attention to THAT before I wastes my money so they could mess up my face here. Also someone came out when I left and asked if I wanted her to talk to the doctor, see if she could do anything else. But NO WAY, I would never let her touch my face again, that would be so dumb of me. If she couldn't get it right the first time and has been doing this for so many years, she said 20+ years, then why would I let her touch my face again, that would be only messing it up more. Bought a groupon for 50 units of Botox (which is 10 more than I ever have put in my forehead) and after 4 weeks I already had wrinkles, so I'm wondering what they really used. I am not happy with my experience at this establishment. I used Groupon coou for face fillers and for the 11 lines back in February. I have returned 3 times because the treatment of my 11 lines did not do any good. I saw Michelle and she chose to use Botex on the third time. This was 3 weeks ago still no results of improvement. I called on last week to leave a message for Michelle to call me, as I did in April. Michelle does not return phone calls when is not how patients should be treated. Also, my face fillers seems to be leaving already in three short months. I read that they are at least supposed to last 12 months. I am extremely upset that I spent my retirement income to help my self esteem, but it did not help and I am out of close to one thousand dollar's. If a person comes in and use a Groupon discount they should not be treated less than, everyone wants to look better no matter how low the prices are and should not be taken advantage of. read more
