I've gotten surgery, fillers, and non-invasive procedures (facials, microneedling) and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. I've referred people here and they always have wonderful things to say. As a background, I have been to other plastic surgeons and medspa businesses both in and outside the area and have never felt as comfortable as I do here. Dr.Z is patient, friendly, and honest. He will tell you what is realistic for your goals. The staff is great, too, and they even know my voice when I call on the phone. The one not so good experience I had was with a microneedling procedure with PRP (I'm not good with blood draws, so it was more my own fault), but they wanted me to have a positive experience and treated me to a complimentary facial the next time I came in. As for all the negativity, I really don't get it, other than there always will be those few disgruntled people. Not every surgeon is for everyone, and that's ok. However, i can't speak for other areas, but I have never been to one plastic surgeon who does not charge a fee for an initial COSMETIC consult (maybe the talented physicians in Beverly Hills are just so prevalent, or they're so rich they can spend time on free consults day in and day out). This fee can be applied to a procedure, and I've always thought that was standard practice. Dr. Z also works with residents, so it's usually him, a nurse, and a resident in the room. The future surgeons and doctors have to learn, too. I found him on RealSelf, where there are lots of reviews. I would also encourage you to look him up on Instagram or Facebook. Again, every surgeon is not for everyone but i personally would not trust anyone else working on my face after the service I've had here.

Oh, I know Dr. Lacoste she is known very well, and I have met her personally and have worked with her personally in some capacity whether for referral or at some sort of conjoined effort for certain needs that I've had over the years and the single thing that people always mention is that she is an incredibly knowledgeable and continually one of the Most respected doctors in her field and among others in the state of Michigan, that they know I've always said she also has an incredible bedside manner unlike any doctor I've ever met before my entire life, and if someone with an extreme phobia and white coach syndrome, this quality is a true gift and effort on her part and part of who she is I have never met someone with such care and dedication to ensuring I am taking care of myself and the best way possible but also she's getting to know me as a person so that I feel comfortable with her and she is very diligent about follow up making sure things are as easy for me as possible as I've gone through surgery with her among other things and I have a couple friends who by chance have also had her to further baby and she was wonderful with both of my friends that had unexpected changes and had to see someone right away and ended up with Dr. Lacoste by chance their experiences were second and none. I consistently tell Dr. Lacoste that every appointment I see her at that she is not allowed to ever retire because I will need her the type of quality care the experience and attention to my medical needs and health for the future are always half of mine for her. She never forgets anything and ensures that I have things in advance that I'll need example a breast cancer screening and mammogram order. Has me an MRI order for when I have to make my appointment so that I don't have to call back and make them even though it's a month in advance or so, she makes everything as easy as possible. She is incredibly kind and will spend as much time as she needs with you when it appointment to explain things and make sure you feel comfortable and understand what's going on. I could not recommend someone more and although she is a very popular demand person, I strongly urge you to make an appointment with her and you will thank yourself. A 10:30 appointment, we were called back at 11:25, then another wait to see the doc, .30 minutes. We left a 10:30 appointment at 12:45. This is very frustrating for someone who has to get to work and made time, and was on time for an appointment. Second, the forms were abundant and redundant. Then the intake person asked the same questions on the forms. Then the Dr. and the PA asked the same questions asked by the intake person and the original forms. Last, the Dr. was attentive, kind, caring and apologetic for the wait. My mom really liked him, and so did I. His bedside manner is top notch! He was able to help short term, while we wait until another appointment for hopefully a longer term solution. Hopefully his solutions will allow my mom to live a pain free life. TBD.
