The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. With my membership I get a free add-on every month and I typically go for the enzyme mask which not only feels great but smells like chocolate. I love to go at the end of the workday or the end of a long weekend when I'm exhausted and the weighted blanket helps me shake off any stress. There was no steamer, the mask felt like a simple paper mask, and the rubber gloves made the service feel more medical than relaxing. What disappointed me most was what was missing: no neck or chest massage, no hand or arm massage, and overall very little of the relaxing "spa" experience you usually expect during a facial.  The esthetician herself was kind and professional; please note that she did great. It was easy to select my appointment type and easy to select a stylist. I selected Hannah H because she had great reviews on the app. I parked on the street. Not too crowded but I think it was because I went during a Bronco game ha ha. When I arrived, the hostess greeted me. You are required to wear a mask inside so it made me feel safe. Hannah was waiting when I arrived. She greeted me with a big smile (with her eyes). I told her I just needed to reshape my eyebrows.
