I also observed significant skin irritation and scratching that ultimately resulted in emergency medical evaluation after concerns were raised with her physician. Following hospitalization, additional medical conditions were identified that required treatment and infection-control precautions. As a result of the concerns I observed regarding care, sanitation, communication, and medical oversight, reports were submitted to state regulators and Adult Protective Services for review. Every family's experience may differ, but my recommendation is that loved ones visit frequently, document concerns, ask detailed questions regarding skin conditions, infections, changes in behavior, and ensure they are actively involved in care planning. I hope the facility takes all concerns seriously and continues working to improve the quality of care provided to vulnerable residents.

I have hardly had any issues living here, and any issues I did have were usually not at the fault of Greystar. I've looked at other Greystar residences nearby and this is one of the nicest ones in the area at this price point. Rent does not skyrocket year after year.

The buildings have been bought by a new management company who is nearly as incompetent as the last one. The management does not respond to messages in a timely manner and I don't think they do walkthroughs of the property, EVER, as there are issues like trash cans left in hallways, parts of the building falling off and laying on the floor for weeks on end, etc. Yesterday I went down to the parking garage and nearly broke my neck when I slipped on a flooded floor because the parking garages LITERALLY drain THROUGH the doors to the building, you have to open the doors with water coming down them and walk through a waterfall to gain access to the parking garage. The parking garage itself is so poorly constructed I think it rains more in there than outside when it's raining. There are also cars that people have abandoned in the parking garage over a YEAR ago that are still sitting there, flat tires, dust so thick that people write on it. Unfortunately every time they say things they are going to get better, and they might for a few weeks, but then back to the old ways. If you are looking at moving, I recommend that you talk to some of the actual residents who have been here for a while before doing so.

I was shown a unit, told it would be available and move-in ready by May 1st, 2025, and proceeded to complete every required step in good faith. I submitted all documentation, ensured that my funds were available, stayed in regular communication, and remained flexible and respectful throughout the process -- even after being told the unit had an infestation left behind by the previous tenant. I trusted that this issue would be handled responsibly and within the promised timeframe. But it quickly became clear that this wasn't about a pest issue. The real problem stemmed from how my unit was under marketed on their website -- listed inaccurately either in condition or price. Rather than owning up to this internal mistake, management resorted to vague excuses, sudden changes, and misleading information, making it nearly impossible to get a straight answer. I was given the runaround and ultimately left without stable housing for myself and my child. The worst part? That same unit I was told wasn't ready -- due to an infestation and needing deep cleaning -- is now listed again on their website as available for lease.
