Like any outlet, though, it's worth looking for the true deals -- just because it says "outlet" doesn't always mean everything is deeply discounted. Since it's outdoor, definitely dress for the weather if you're visiting in the winter months. There's no real food inside the mall, but that wasn't an issue with lots of dining options nearby. It's also right off I-90, with easy freeway access and parking, which makes it a convenient stop. If you sell clothing to them, you can either get cash or save it to use as credit - I believe you get 10% more if you choose in-store credit.

And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.
