Fabulous food, different selection, service is impeccable and being situated on the St Clair River is beautiful.

The atmosphere is super cute and comfy. Well done!!! You can tell how fresh the food is; it's refreshing to taste. The lobster roll was amazing with the meat being cold and warm roll...not over seasoned so you can taste the meat. Plenty of meat. The lobster tacos were also tasty but a little too much of the yummy sauce; took away from tasting the lobster. Cyclone Italian meatballs were very tasty and moist. Only suggestion is that they reconsider the location of the hostess (at least during busy times). The hostess is located on the opposite side of the restaurant and everyone who walks through the main door seems lost and has to walk through tables of patrons to get to the hostess. read more

Had a great lunch today at Anchor Point Bistro. Fresh ingredients, good flavors, reasonable pricing and great service. The pesto turkey avocado panini is worth a repeat visit. Slim Jim brings back the taste and memory of the the boy in the checkered suit. Great local desserts and local based coffee supplier. Just need to get their liquor to make it even better. Anchor Point always serves great food, always very fresh and always tastes great! Their menu is unique and changes often which is wonderful! They are very busy but the service is excellent! Was there for Mother's Day. Everything was delicious. Anchor bread, spinach artichoke dip. blackened shrimp tacos, lobster tacos, muffuletta and lobster roll. I didn't eat all that myself. We went to Anchor Point Bistro for the first time this afternoon. What a great place. We had the Anchor bread for starters. It was fabulous all fresh and cheesy. Joe had an Italian sub and I had the teriyaki steak bites with roasted vegetables. I loved it and I am not a steak lover. The steak was so tender I cut it with a butter knife. I recommend this place to everyone. It is right next door to Drifters, which I also love. Saint Clair is really moving up it's game where dining is concerned. read more

Food is great! I got the beef tips and it was delicious. They now serve alcohol. So my complaints are they seem to rush you out at closing. They pack up the restaurant around you before 9pm. Server could be alittle more pleasant. I will be back often. Probably become a regular since the food is so great. read more

We really like the food here! I especially like the blackened shrimp tacos that have mango, black beans, and avocado. My husband had the chicken shawarma pita. I've also tried their tomato basil and corn chowder soups. But the menu changes according to the season. The homemade pretzel bread sticks with dipping sauce are also wonderful. This small bistro is located inside War Water Brewery and mirrors their business hours. The seating is just high stools and tables; no chairs- so the ambience is a bit lacking. But give them a try! What a great experience! The owners were very accommodating to our party of 12. The apps were delicious and large portions. The charcuterie board was amazing.
