I would suggest not doing a party of over 6. The kitchen can't seem to handle it. I was not the only person in the group that had problems with their food. I expect better when you are paying average $50 a person for the experience. Fortunately we were in the party room upstairs. It seemed as though the larger groups were receiving much more attention than the tables of two. At some point, our original server and another server appeared to switch tables, and unfortunately, the second server was not nearly as attentive. By the middle of our meal, we felt like we had been forgotten. The food was also a mixed experience. I ordered the Bison Ribeye. The flavor was good, but the steak was surprisingly thin and was not cooked to the medium temperature I requested. In appearance, it reminded me more of a steak you might get at a diner than what I expected from a restaurant like The Wildmount. My wife ordered the chicken with fettuccine. Unfortunately, she found it far too salty and heavy on the garlic, which made the dish difficult to enjoy.
