And one time I took my clock in there for repair. She had it there for 2 years. Finally I called and said I was going to pick up my clock and she said; wait the part finally came in. And on my last visit I needed a pin that fell out of my Rolex. It took a while to get it done. I called several times and left messages but was never called back. Finally I drove over to the store and she had it ready. Just never called me to tell me so. The she charged me $35. I couldn't believe it cost that much for a pin. So I went to Clarkson jewelers and asked them how much did one cost. This is a very nice jewelry store that services Rolex. She said about $10 to $15.00. This is when I decided to not do business with store again. This lady owner lies!
