Got my iphone 5 screen replaced. Jesse was quick to come in to replace the screen, however, the screen was slightly cracked during the install and he ran out of white screens. He said he would replace it the following week when he gets new ones in. After a couple of days, the screen was not working properly. I texted/called him the next week to get the replacement (since he has 90-day warranty) and got no answer from him. 3 weeks went by and still not response from him. I ended up getting a new phone and sending the old cracked phone as trade-in. I explained to Jesse (via text) what I had done and requested a refund. He has still not returned any of my texts or call. My take, stay away as he does not follow-up on any warranty calls. read more
