I'd left a message b/c our washer had stopped working. He called back in less than an hour and listened as I explained what the problem was. Tracy stayed on the phone with me for close to an hour while he had me run the washer thru a rinse cycle. He didn't want to hang up until the cycle was completed so he'd know the machine was fine, which it was. He explained that sometimes the 'board' just needs to reset itself after the machine had been unplugged for 45 min or more, which we had done earlier. Tracy is a one-man operation and if I could give ten stars here I would! He could have just as easily come to our home and done everything he had done over the phone and charged us for a service call. Instead he walked me through what he thought needed to be done step by step and all was fine. I did a load of wash after we ended the call without any problem at all. I would most definitely recommend Tracy with Charlie's Appliance Svc. 100%. Any appliance issues I may have in the future, I will definitely be calling Tracy!

We plugged the fridge back in to find out it did absolutely nothing now. Called him and he said the pcb board must have finally died. So I told him to get me a price on the pcb board. I also was going to get a price on the board. So I took the back panel off and saw a Needle sticking out of one of the connectors that was touching the back metal panel (Shorting the board out and frying it) Called and told him about it. He tried telling me the board was busted when he got there.. I reminded him the fridge turned on and worked, just didn't cool enough. Then he tried telling me the needle fell off the board....You know since needles magically fall off pcb boards and somehow stab a wire between the board and the cover. Sure thing. So basically the guy either forgot the pin when he was checking voltages or sabotaged the board by placing the pin there knowing it would fry as soon as we plugged it in guaranteeing him a return service. Stay clear of this guy. No offer to Help, no taking responsibility for something he did. Nothing. But He is Insured.... Its a good thing someone, like my three year old daughter, didn't touch the refrigerator and possibly get electrocuted by this!
