The store is clean, organized, and easy to access with plenty of free parking. The employees were friendly and polite, so no complaints there. My biggest issue was the selection. There wasn't much inventory on the shelves, and when I asked about the HOKA model I wanted, I was basically told to check online. That's a little frustrating since the whole point of visiting a shoe store is to actually try on shoes before buying them. If I was ready to shop online, I could have stayed in my pajamas and saved the drive. Overall, customer service was good and the store looked nice, but the limited selection left me walking out empty-handed. Hopefully they'll expand their inventory because the location definitely has potential.

The clothes are perfect for work and play. The prices are the best! I was so tired of spending 1k on White/house Black Market. I am so glad I saw this place. The clearance section (my fav) was large. I found several tops and a few pairs of pants. Also, they had a clearance section of accessories. I liked the fact it was still beautiful items not junk on clearance. I plan on going back very soon! Stopped by Foot Locker Northlake Mall recently and had a solid shopping experience. I ended up picking up a nice pair of men's Nike shoes and was happy with both the selection and the pricing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions without being overly pushy. There was plenty of free parking available at the mall, which made the visit even more convenient. Foot Locker carries many of the major athletic brands, and I found some good deals during my visit. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of newer, highly sought-after running and lifestyle brands like On (On Cloud) and HOKA. It would be great to see more options from those brands in-store rather than having to shop online. Overall, a pleasant shopping trip with good customer service, affordable prices, and a clean, well-maintained store. I'd definitely stop by again when I'm in the market for athletic footwear.

We saw them at Bloomies but of the three people working not one of them greeted us or offered assistance so we left and went to Sunglass Hut. They had a squared version instead of oval shape and she liked those better. Keanna was the only employee when we went in. She greeted us immediately and was all smiles. This was very important as we had walked out two other stores because the sales persons were not friendly or helpful. Back to Keanna. She could tell my daughter was anxious about the purchase and I was impressed when she suggested that we finish any other shopping/lunch and think on the purchase. We left, went to lunch and by time we return there was a customer paying with cash and the register didn't open for his change. Keanna continued to offer apologies to both him and us. As she ultimately had to contact store support for the issue. My daughter and I left and went to Victoria Secret where we encountered even more retail employees that weren't engaging. We left. Returned back to Sunglass Hut where a smiling Keanna greeted us and assured us the register issue wasn't her fault. The price for the glasses were the same as they were in Bloomingdales but the customer service received by Keanna was exactly what someone desires when spending several hundred dollars on sunglasses. Id return for all my sunglasses if I could interact with Keanna.

After trying a few different sunglasses, I found a pair from Oakley that I loved and I was on my way. NOTE: if you're buying sunglasses with polarized lens, which many are at this point, you may not be able to see your HUD (Head Up Display) in your vehicle. I didn't even know that was a thing, but quickly discovered multiple forums online indicating this is an issue with HUDs, regardless of vehicle manufacturer, as they work off the premise of reflecting the image off of the windshield. Polarized lenses effectively block the "glare" of the HUD. I returned to Sunglass Hut the next day initially thinking I would return the pair I bought and select something else. Dina showed me several pairs of non-polarized sunglasses, and I settled on another pair of Oakley's. Her professionalism and desire to help me find the right sunglasses for my needs was phenomenal. Well, when we got to ringing up our items, the gum rung up at $25.00 a pack!! I had two packs. When I saw that $50 on the screen & none of the clothes, I said, "wait a minute, that gum is $25?"! The lady must have been new or something because she had a problem ringing up the gum in the first place and had to get assistance from the guy working there. Well, I told her to put that gum back. It would be a cold day in hell before I spend $25 on a pack of gum. I can just go to the grocery store. So, when I finally got home I was curious about this gum and why would it cost so much. So I looked it up on Urban Outfitters website. That gum had a price of $3.50 per pack on the site!!!!! Atlanta will never out live the scammer city allegations!!!! I tell you!!! I'm glad it was me checking out instead of my daughter. She would have just swiped and kept it moving, lol. I say all this, to say ... check your receipts. Customer service was still great, beautiful store set up and all that. But when I walked in and discussed the repair of my shoes, the guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and was stating how much work he had to do, which is inappropriate! You shouldn't present to your customers that you have too much work. I felt like I was being a burden to him by wanting him to repair my shoes. I said to him you should be happy for the business. The inside of my boots needed some cleaning but my main issue was my heel. He said the cost to replace the heel and polish up. The boots would be $70 . I said OK but then I asked about cleaning the inside of the boots. He said that would be another $50. I said absolutely not. I could buy another pair of boots at that price. The boots only cost me $110. I was having them because I like them. When I picked up the boots a few weeks later the heels were replaced, which I was happy about. But the rest of the boot looked basically the same. No " spit polish. " the boots look the same as when I brought them to the store. They just had new heels. Anyway, I won't be returning. I tried to support a local business. But they need to really watch how they speak to customers. Suggestion: do not complain to new customers that you have too much work. Always go above and beyond. I'm gonna give you one star rating. I won't say I don't recommend your business. I don't have an option to be "neutral" so I'll choose "maybe".. I didn't see a name tag and I am not trying to get a person fired but professional attitudes have went out the door with the FAMILY DOLLAR BRAND. What's so crazy it's only in our neighborhoods.
