All employees that were working were very rude to me and my boyfriend. The lady in the fitting room had a big attitude just staring at me. The man who checked us out was very rude getting a quick voice when I asked about the return policy and was very rude when my boyfriend asked questions about setting up a account as e used his hands to act like we are taking to long! I purchased online and picked up in the Ponce City Market store. Parking is always a drag here, particularly if you are simply running in to pick up something you have already purchased. They need more free 10-15 minute parking. It would also be helpful if the stores had a pickup line for people that have already paid. It's stressful to worry about your car being booted while waiting in a long line behind people buying and returning. It adds time you don't have because of the parking situation. I avoid PCM now. It's too crowded and the stores are too slow. read more

We were headed back from downtown, and I needed a gift for my friend who watched my dog while we were out of town. I know she loves Lululemon, but finds it really expensive, so I figured what better gift than a Lulu outfit? This particular store is in a really cute area with lots of little shops and restaurants. The store was really well organized and the staff was super friendly. I literally cannot get enough of Lululemon, and I've even got my boyfriend wearing it. Guys, if you haven't tried it, you need to. Seriously, their Commission shorts are bomb. They don't wrinkle! They are such a nice material, and they fit great. My boyfriend wears his all the time, and he loves the Swiftly tee I got him, too. One thing, you have to get past is their sizing. I mean, I was a little paranoid about finding out I was a size 8 in their bras, but hey, they run small. So if you are a bigger guy or have a lot of muscle like my boyfriend, make sure you size up. My boyfriend was even upset he was an XL, and he's by no means fat whatsoever, but it's the sizing. I've been wearing Lululemon for years, and I can tell you they ain't cheap, but they last and last. Their material is so nice, and their clothing holds up well. Also, they are really stylish, a must for the gym and beyond. I seriously wear their stuff all the time just to run errands and go places here and there. We both wear workout clothes way too much, but hey, I feel like I'm getting my money's worth! From shorts to skirts to socks to even underwear...they have it all. Now, I will say their underwear is not cute. But they feel like you aren't even wearing anything, and don't leave annoying lines. It's hard to pay that price for underwear, but it's sooo worth it for certain clothing. I have some lululemon shirts and they are some of my favorite shirts in my closet. I recently got a pair of lululemon Commission Short Slim Chino with a 9-inch inseam and they are now my favorite pair of shorts. I love them for the following reasons: 1. They fit me well. I'm short (5-7) with a small frame and these shorts look good on me without the need for tailoring. 2. They are comfortable and versatile. I can wear them when going out casually and they are breathable enough so I can play golf in them. 3. The material is great quality and there is a fine attention to detail (more on that below). I've worn Brooks Brothers shorts for years. They're made out of high quality material too (arguably better), but they aren't as comfortable, versatile, or flattering. lululemon shorts definitely have a shorter, slimmer, and more athletic look to them (of course, I realize the brands are going for different looks and are targeted towards different demographics). Compared to my Under Armour and Cobra Puma Golf shorts (more comparable athletic brands), the lululemon shorts win in terms of quality of materials and attention to detail. They're also the most expensive ($88), but you get what you pay for. Like my Brooks Brothers shorts, the lululemon shorts have a double-button enclosure, one button outside the waistband and one button inside. There are two pockets on the left size, one of which zips up. I think the extra zip-up pocket is pretty cool. Also like my Brooks Brothers shorts, the lululemon shorts' right pocket has an extra mini pocket inside. As for the back pockets, the left-back pocket is button-up (snap button) while the right-back pocket is zip-up. Neat. Like lululemon's other apparel, the lululemon logo is subtly displayed. On these shorts, you can find the logo embossed on the zippers, on a tiny tag beneath the waistband on the back, and on the inside-front of the waistband. The color I got sounds cool too: ox blood. This lululemon store is located at Ponce City Market where you have to pay for parking. Use the ParkMobile app to conveniently pay and monitor/add time to your parking meter. At the time of writing this review, there are six lululemon stores in metro Atlanta. I'm definitely a fan. Outstanding apparel. read more

Lululemon is one of my favorite athletic wear brands. I love the way their clothes feels and how it's fits my body. I also buy their Comission Pants to wear to work, which are super comfortable. They do a great job of creating athletic wear, athletic leisure wear and more causal/formal clothing. The main reason I love lululemon is the community they create. They are one of the few athletic stores and brands around the nation that hosts different free work our events throughout the year for their patrons. This helps individuals meet and gain a since of community. It's a great way to get free product hear and there and also try out other products. There are a couple of locations around Atlanta, with this one being in Ponce City Market. The store looks fantastic and does a good job of using the beltline for their free workouts. They also host an awesome program in the summer called Sweat The Shed series where once a week they do a free workout on the beltline with their ambassadors and other partnering gyms. Again, it's a great way to get to know the staff who are always friendly and super knowledgeable and to sweat! Always be on the lookout for products on sale on the sale rack in stores! The last time I visited the store I got some of my pants hemmed by the staff for free! Such a great added service. read more

My mother in law and I went shopping for some pants for my husband. My father in law is an army vet and Lululemon provides a military discount. The check out person at this location was extremely rude when my mother in law asked to use the discount. She questioned whether we were using it for immediate family and after we gave proof that it was for my husband (my mother in law's son), she proceeded to check us out with attitude and overall rudeness. We were spending over $200 there and I don't think a 10% military discount is going to put lululemon or this store out of pocket much. It was disheartening to have such a rude and unpleasant experience, especially when shopping online has become easier. So much for supporting in store employees. Very discouraged by this location. I came here because they had a weekly yoga and Kombucha series for a few months in fall 2017. It was free and that was a really great way to connect w the community. As for the clothing store, Lu lu lemon let's me down. It's one of those stores that's virtually inaccessible for average sized women. I'm a size 12 and my options are sparse. All types of bodies do yoga and I don't think it's acceptable for clothing stores to continue to cater to a narrow range of bodies. I've been here multiple times because I love PCM and generally I love Lululemon. Every visit the people and service have been horrible. They are rude, inattentive, elitist, very involved in their own conversations instead of helping customers and downright snobby. I have stopped going to this location because if I'm going to buy $98 work out pants I at least want to buy them from a store where the people aren't jerks. I would gladly drive 10 more minutes to the next closest store. Also, they never have as much selection as the Westside location or as many sale items and you have to pay for parking. My husband and I enjoy yoga and it had been a part of our dating life. On our wedding weekend, we wanted to host a yoga class for our guests. I called Lululemon on a whim and was amazed at the reception I received from Jessie Levens in charge of the store's events. Let me preface this by saying that I don't mind spending money on things that I know I will use and are high quality. The majority of my clothes are of the workout variety because they are comfortable. That being said, I don't like being asked what kind of workouts I do because I haven't for a while. But I recently joined a gym.. today actually. So I wanted to get something cute to reward myself, because that's what girls do. Joining a gym was half the battle!! I shop a lot and I have to say that I never feel comfortable shopping at Lululemon. It feels like high-pressure sales. There's an air of snobbishness and I couldn't wait to leave. I did however find a cute sports bra on the way out but they didn't carry a size 12 in that style. I'm relatively thin but big busted. I wear a size 8 in clothes.
