He was knowledgeable, courteous, took his time with me, and wasn't pushy. I felt like I was getting honest answers to whatever questions I asked. I feel a little bad that I didn't end up buying a piano from Kawai after the time he spent with me, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here in the future.

The next day i got a call that there was an issue, the screen cracked while they were repairing it. As a resolution to the issue they replaced it with another Samsung TV of the same size that they had that was newer and had more features. That's integrity.
