I've been to once of these concepts for beer and loved this so much more. While they did have a small selection of beer available, I opted to stick with the wine. I tried three separate wines (I'm sorry I can't recall them I was a bit distracted by the date I was on ) but was happy with every pour. I had red while my partner had white and we were both very happy with our selections. Live music was provided and was the cherry on top to the ambiance. We were here on a Sunday afternoon for a private birthday event. And the experience was nothing short of top-notch. The space is large and organized very well with stations of wine separated by dryness. Each cylindrical station has a number of wines with the label as well as a printed description of the flavors. There was also an area in the back with beers, coders, and a hard seltzer. Typically you would set up a tab and receive your own card to track your self pours. The pours were available in 3 different sizes depending on your tasting needs. Our hosts were paying for everything so we were free to taste. There was also a DJ and a private caterer. The staff did a great job of cleaning throughout the event without ever seeming in the way or as if they were hovering. In fact, for the most part, I barely noticed they were there. But dirty glasses and empty plates magically disappeared. I tasted a few bottles of wine. While I am no wine connoisseur, everything I tasted was really good. Overall, it was a fantastic event. What an absolute gem! This place is adorable and elevated by the incredibly warm and friendly owners. This is not a horse and pony show like other self pour places, there are thoughtful reviews of each wine, and an option to get 1, 3, or 7 ounce pours. What a treat to get to taste so many wines that are usually out of my price range. It has the self pour fun mixed with the vibes of a wine bar. I had a last minute change of plans to celebrate my birthday and the staff at Auto Pour accommodated our group that night and were so kind! They gave me a free drink to celebrate! Great selection of wines and beers, self-pour, pay by the ounce. The pay by the ounce is great so you can sample and find a drink before fully committing to a large pour. Come on in, get situated at the front counter where you will be either given a card for wine or beer (or just get 2 cards ;)) Super relaxed and easy. The inside has tables and a large community table (for larger parties), but a nice outdoor patio is outside. I'm sure this place gets pretty busy on nice nights. Staffers are eager to make recommendations or help you out. Super friendly and just hoping you have a great experience with their spot. Nice parking lot shared with the personal gym space and Madison Perk next door. I believe there are run clubs also that meet up at the Auto Pour. Dude. FINALLY. I have been WAITING for this place to open. Located in Madison Park neighborhood at the end of Seneca place. The space is great, outdoor seating and a good selection of wines! They do have a few beers on tap and should be getting more soon. They will eventually offer small cheese boards (I think??) staff is super friendly!! You can put a certain amount of money on a card or they can give you a card and after you are ready to check out, you hand them the card back and they can tell how much you've drank. It's an outside patio area with chairs and tabletops in the inside if you would like to sit inside while sipping on a glass of wine . So the way it works you leave your card on file and your id . You are charged by the ounces that you pour in your glass . For many of them I wanted to taste test a lot of them before pouring a what's considered a full glass of the wine . The cards are also re loadable . Between myself and my guest the bill only came up to $40 bucks between us both far as full glasses we Probably each had 5 glasses and that's not even including us taste tasing others so I'd say this is not only pretty cool but affordable and something cool to do with your significant other or a girls day . read more

Nice variety of wines for varying palettes and price points? Check. North Carolina wine representation? Check. Attention to detail and sanitation? You betcha! Prime corner location in the same shopping center as newcomer Uptown Cheapskate and fan favorite Jasmine Grill. If you are driving in from South Boulevard it is across the street from Crispy Banh Mi. Less than 10 customers were inside on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend with intermittent clouds. We elected for one of the patio tables and appreciated the signs communicating sanitation, along with menus. To be clear, one of the owners came out to sanitize the table and chairs again before we drove away. Efficient! We only had time for one glass each, but enjoyed a pair of Cabernet Franc pours, one from Australia and another from North Carolina. No beer or cider on tap...yet. Right now they have some prepackaged food offerings. Friendly service and the place was clean as a whistle. Pleased to see this shopping center get some new life and we will certainly be back, especially with it being an easy walking distance of home. read more

10/10 experience! Went to see a friend perform at The Auto Pour (yes live music). This was our first time and the owners were super friendly and welcoming. We absolutely love the self pour concept--you open a tab and can choose to receive a card for wine, beer, or both. You're charged by the oz, the price by the oz is listed for the beverage, and you can track your tab in real time. We were there on a Saturday night, so there was a good crowd but we didn't feel like we were right on top of anyone. I saw a group playing Jenga and another table had a game as well. The best part for me is the wine but a close second is that you can have food delivered to you at the venue! I can't believe it took us so long to get to The Auto Pour!! My husband can be pretty anti-self-service-wine machine so that's probably why it did take us a bit longer to check it out, but after driving through South End and quickly driving back to our quieter suburbs and seeing the reviews, I thought, let's go. The Auto Pour is located off of South Blvd. Plenty of parking and a little patio for outside seating. Inside is very sleek and clean with some inside seating and a spot for live music (which I cant wait till they bring in!). There is so much wine to choose from and the wine is separated by type (including a NC section). Beer is along the back way. The pour options are 1 oz., 5 oz. And 9 oz. Love the 1 oz option for just a taste (especially during this time while I am pregnant!). I thought the prices were very reasonable. You can also buy bottles of wine and they have a few cheese plates in a cooler. You can also bring your own food. My only suggestion is to add a few non alcoholic options in that cooler (like sparkling water). There was another pregnant mama there with me coincidentally and both of just were going back and forth to the little water cooler to fill up the small cups so a non alcoholic option for purchase would have been nice. We love supporting this place. The couple that owns it is super nice and greets you upon entering at the desk. If you go a couple of times they'll definitely recognize you as they've built a tight knit community. If you need assistance with wine or recommendations they are happy to help and if you accidentally make a mess there isn't any judgement. You receive a card for either beer or wine and after that it's up to you what you drink! The machines are easy to use and separated by style of wine. Visited The Auto Pour while I was visiting a friend in NC. Had no idea that this place existed, and I have not had a good drink or glass of wine since December/January. I am very picky about my wines in general (not because I know any better, I'm just stubborn sometimes, hah)! I rarely branch out beyond dry reds and the occasional red blend. I lived in San Francisco, so reds just kind of became the norm for me. White wines normally give me headaches, or at least the ones that I drink here in PA do. (Our soil is more conducive to sweeter grapes, I think.) Anywho, this place was FANTASTIC!!! It was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff were so very friendly, especially the owner (who also had a stint working in PA)! The space was open, clean, had great lighting, more than enough tables for seating (table-top/bar), and it was decorated perfectly with Millennial-eye-grabbing accoutrements. (Yup, gettin' fancy with my words here.) The wood trimming and the lounge areas were perfect for a group of friends having a night out. We ended up on the patio and enjoyed a breezy night. I love the premise of The Auto Pour. Sixty-four wines, a bunch of beer, and some ciders, from all across the U.S., that you get to sample, all on one chip card. And if you REALLY like it--buy a full glass! Or three! My friend and I actually emptied out two bottles by accident. We had that much fun touring each of the rotating "wine cabinets." And the cherry on top for me: none of the white wines gave me a headache. They were all great quality wines, some local, some not, and I found myself constantly returning to the dry and sweet whites. Honestly, I don't even think this concept is in Philadelphia yet. They should take a note from The Auto Pour on how to do it right. Again, we had a great time. I love the self pour concept and Auto Pour is a super cute spot with a lot of wine options and a few beer/cider options as well. - There is outdoor seating with heaters. Plenty of indoor seating that is socal distant. -You can have an open tab on your drink card or load a predetermined amount for those not wanting to overspend. -There are non-alcoholic drinks available and a few selections of snacks to order. You can order or bring in food. Ordering Doordash has been our go-to when arriving. There are rotating food trucks on certain nights, check Facebook or IG for the schedule each week. -Wine pour prices vary on the wine but you can get 1 oz, 3 oz, or 6 oz pours.
