My car is so shiny after driving out of there today! There were very few cars there so I was in & out very quickly. The employees are nice, not necessarily engaging but that's ok with me in this environment. I asked for cash back, which he obliged, which sadly is not always a common practice. Yet afterwards I noticed a .75 charge which I'm not sure was for the cash back or using my debit card....? I don't appreciate not being asked about the charge in advance and or being given an option. The car wash prices are very fair. The place is very run down as a matter of fact I thought it was closed down, but it is no biggie as I'm not going to the car wash for the ambiance. This place sucks! If you care at all about your cars finish, go somewhere else! Boyfriend used to be a professional car detailer, is amazingly anal about his car(should be in a 12 step program!) Wipes it down every morning, has a schedule for waxing... they have always done a crap job, the only reason he takes it in is to save the water before he polishes and waxes it. Today there was a large scratch in the center of the hood. Contacted the owner who's reply was "well we don't scratch peoples cars!" REALLY????? They do a half ass job, and the owner was not man enough to step up and take responsibility for his mistakes. read more

Well try to bring this guy my business because I live in the area and I like supporting local businesses. Went to get my truck waxed they charge me $75, they said it would take a hour and a half but about 45 minutes later they said they were done. But I had to bring them back obvious right on the door. They said that it wouldn't come off and I only paid for a wax job not to clean the vehicle. ( that's extra?) upon opening the doors I noticed they didn't clean inside of the doors at all. After I brought this to their attention all the workers could really do was just say sorry...? I mean what about just doing it right? There was a huge communication gap between the workers so I just laughed and called the manager/owner. He was also apologetic but said that I should've brought it to his attention before I left I do not feel like his workers are competent enough to really detail my vehicle they are just labors they do not really know what they're doing as far as cleaning vehicles. They can clean your vehicle on a basic level but if you need a real detail job hire a professional these guys are not it read more

I went here a few times because of the great reviews and I only do handwash. Everything was alright except for obvious water streaks on every side, every time. I only did the exterior then because my car is brand new and I'm fastidious with the car. Last time I was there will be the last time I go. I paid $26 for a wash, no wax, and Armor All the vinyl and dress the wheels. When he was done, I opened the door and saw white smudges of something on the interior of the door. I asked why he didn't do that. He said "see, I wipe it and it dries like that." Didn't like that but left the place. Drove one block and I noticed that there was DUST on the dashboard! He didn't even pretend to attempt to treat it. That explained why the white smudges weren't gone. I was pretty ticked. The vinyl wasn't shiny and you couldn't get a whiff of Armor All. That stuff smells. He didn't bother to even try to do the tires. Anyway I went back the next day, told the manager and he started to argue with me but when I pointed out the dust, no shine and no smell, he offered to have it redone. So the guy dressed the wheels and put something on the interior (never touched the exterior trim) because I can see where he half-assedly splashed it across the dashboard. Still no lovely AA smell. I hate being made a fool of, so never again. At least I didn't have actual damage like some people on here did. They don't even deserve one star! Took my car in to get detailed and not only is there still sand all over, the seats are SOAKING wet and still DIRTY! It looks like they just turned a hose on in my car and walked away! It's absolutely horrible! It's been days and my car seats are still soaking wet and ruined! Kept giving this spot the benefit of the doubt even though they miss obvious spots. I went today and it will be the last time. They totally scratched up the area at top of my trunk. I'm so pissed. I didn't notice it until I went to pump gas and saw all the scratches under the lights. Yesterday I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go here. I got my car washed and was very happy with the customer service. However, when I got home that night from work I noticed oil/tar stains in 4 different sections in my backseat. Of course, after hours of sitting on my leather seats, the oil had already sunk into the leather and is now there for good. My car is not even a year old yet and when I went to talk to the manager AJ, who was very nice yesterday, he continuously gave excuse after excuse. He told me that it couldn't be proven it was them, why hadn't I taken a picture of my back seat before the car wash to prove it, and why didn't I thoroughly check my car when I got it- to which I told him I never thought to do that because I trusted they would take care of my car!! He further stated that his employee (which he later told me was Steven who just so happened to conveniently be off that day) would never do that and that they are trained by him on how to clean cars. After he gave these excuses I told him that I was not saying that it was purposely done but obviously as they were vacuuming my car, oil/tar was brushed on my seats in 4 different areas. As we kept going back and forth he proceeded to, more than 5 different times, tell me that I actually put the stains there and wanted to make him pay for it (which is insulting, and such an outrageous claim). He even stated that all of his towels and products are cleaned constantly (which is a lie because, during this argument, I noticed them cleaning a black Acura with a shammy that had black spots on it which was probably the same oil/tar in my car). I could go on and on with the others things he stated but, after over an hour of this, I told him that I at least wanted a refund if he wasn't going to pay to have my seats cleaned and he finally gave me my $16 dollars back. He never once apologized, was extremely rude, and kept blaming me for the stains. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend you stay away. Please check your car thoroughly if you go here because they obviously will not take responsibility if they do something after you leave the lot!! And because I learned the hard way, they don't have insurance so if they damage your car then your out of luck because, as with my seats, they will not pay for any damages done. Update 4/12 After looking at other reviews here I found that someone had actually experienced the same problem as me and their car was damaged by oil stains. Of course when I brought this up to AJ during our talk he told me that this incident has NEVER happened before and he never admitted to the oil stains in my car. Update 4/20 After reading Bud's review, I unfortunately have to defend my statements. Yelp is a place to HONESTLY share your experiences and that is exactly what I have done. If I had any doubt at all that it was them, I would never have gone on here and given them a negative review because that would be unfair. I have shared my experiences honestly though, because what did happen was their fault and it has even happened to another Yelper before me. I have no reason to lie or even to unjustly blame them. If you have doubts about my experience, it would have been nice to private message me instead of falsely assume things and publicly cast doubt/suspicion on my character and Yelp review. If I could I would take all the stars away from this place! I wish I could give them a big fat ZERO!!!Where do I start? The rude owners who run the car wash or the horrible disrespectful employees???? I go with my 2 small children 1&3 to get our small suv washed. It's like 10 mins but when they are done, so I go and check the car and they missed spots ALL over! It's like the guy was blind! He missed lots of the vacuuming, the inside cup holders, the leather seats weren't wiped down. It's not like it was heavy duty scrubbing they had to do. It was simple wipes. The guy had major attitude! Like he was annoyed that I had him wipes things down again. I even gave him a $5 tip! He kept saying he didn't have to do it anymore cause I was asking for a detail service. I was just asking him to clean obvious spots. The manger came and he was nice to clean some of the car himself. Then i noticed that it wasn't properly vacuumed and so I ask them to vacuum it again. I end up doing it myself. At this point I had 2 crying kids that wanted to leave and I was pissed that I was doing this myself. I asked the owner of the car wash who was at the register for a refund because I no longer had time to wait for them or myself to fix their obvious mistakes. He throws me $10 when I had paid $24. He said your car is clean!!! I was so mad at the way the men treated me at this place. It is not kid friendly and the men are so rude!!! I will never ever go there. These guys did a pretty good job cleaning my car. They vacuumed pretty thoroughly and hit all the plastic on the exterior of the vehicle with Armor All. They left some streaks in the glass but that was a quick fix. The price was fair so I'll be going back. read more

Ok for most cars but not for all. Most of the staff didn't speak English; couldn't explain that they missed areas/spots on my entire front bumper and front lip. Almost left in the beginning because I couldn't find a person who could understand me as well. They bent one of my metal trim emblems on the rear hatch as well and left it sticking outwards to possibly poke or cause harm on the next encounter.
