Even though I told them I've the jump cable and they just need to bring the battery Ofcourse I was ready to pay , but most of them said no . This kind gentleman was 0.2 miles away ( 7 min ) walk came all the way to give my car a jump start . It was really hot , we all know Texas heat 106 degrees . After the technician completed the oil change and handed me my receipt, I asked how the power steering fluid looked. He said he hadn't checked. Then he had another technician look, and this man explained they couldn't access it and I had to go to mechanic. I asked why my printout reads that the power steering fluid was at "safe level" if they hadn't checked it. Then he along with another technician (I think his name was Korei) started become verbally aggressive with me telling me to get the hell out. Korei told me to "be a man" and check it myself. I highly recommend somewhere else to get your car serviced where you're berated.

He didn't call me until 5 (after they closed), but the quote was reasonable. It did take some follow up on Monday to figure out when it would be done, but eventually got the car back and all the warning lights were off and it's been working well for a few months now. Overall I'm happy. Communication could be better, but glad we found a mechanic who could fix the issue with reasonable cost.

I was told by another shop that I needed to replace the entire oil pan because the threads were gone. They were charging me $1100 for that service and didn't offer any other option. I took it to Missouri Car Care and told them hey I need my pan rethreaded and of course it's a little harder to do that on an Aluminum pan but they said they will try. And they did it! They also saved my oil so I wouldn't get charged more. $95 for that service. Great place and I most certainly recommend over any other shops in town.
