They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. First it was a nail, then it was a metal stick, the third time was a screw... (((Initially, I went to a big tire store to see what they could do for me. They wanted to replace the tires right away; all four tires. They don't patch or plug them; the only good, reasonable and helpful thing they did was air up my tire for free to hold me over until I got to Mario & Sons. Big tire shops are a rip off))) The first time, I had two punctured tires and my car had only 18k miles. I kept getting a low pressure warning on my dash board, and I just kept adding air until that didn't work anymore. They checked for air leaks and only one puncture was leaking air and could be patched. He removed the tire and patched it up. The non leaking puncture was in a place that could not be fixed, I told them to leave it in as long as it wasn't causing any problems. I was out of there in 20 mins and paid like $10. This second time around, I woke up to a flat tire. My car had 21k miles; we added air and went to Mario's to get it checked out. It was the same tire that was patched last time, so I thought IT was leaking; it wasn't, it was a screw. They pulled it out, smoothed it out, and added a plug. Again, it took like 20 mins, in and out, and I paid $10. Each tire costs upwards of $150 depending where I go. And I would have had to replace 4 tires by now. Two the first time and two this time, so they are even and balanced. I can't say enough about this tire shop. They are very honest, helpful, and the service is fast (as long as there's not a lot of customers before you). I will definitely be coming here for quick fixes.

They only had new tires but then when they went to check, they were out of tires so I went to their second shop again they tried to overcharge me so I just left and I came back here to Vaquero tires and I should've just came here to begin with because they are the best they give you the best price they don't lie to you if your tire can't be fixed they don't try to upcharge you. They give it to you straight. And that's what I like cause nowadays the way the economy is every dollar counts so I will continue to come here and not go anywhere else. You don't know what you're missing you oughta stop by. I popped into this shop because it was super close and easy to get to--right next to the dry cleaners! As I pulled up, a friendly guy from the shop greeted me. I was there to get my boyfriend's two back tires changed, but when I got there, I discovered that both tires had nails in them. Turns out, the front tires were the ones that needed fixing the most. They patched up the back tires, and I replaced the front ones. It felt like I got four new tires, even though they were used. The tires were really good quality with lots of tread. I was so happy with the service! I definitely recommend this place. They also offer a week warranty on the tires.

The worst part is I got home and all four tires needed to be filled to 50 psi, teenagers only filled them to 40 psi. Do better!

I had to call them numerous times to hear excuses why they had not even looked at the truck. Patrick acted put out that I called and said he would call later in the day or 1st thing the next morning. I never heard from Patrick. When I told him I was picking up the truck before the weekend they finally looked at the system but did not find or fix the issue. They quoted a price to diagnose the problem, they did not find the freon leak and then without explaination charged my 3X the quoted price.
