She also didn't ask about or focus on any priority areas. On my end, my therapist was professional, but the massage did not meet expectations. Despite clearly communicating three priority areas (left foot, back, and neck), my feet were not addressed at all, and my back received little to no actual massage--mostly just light hot stone movements. The overall pressure was far lighter than requested. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, which was disappointing given the occasion.

My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days.
