Since l cant reply your response, lm gonna leave another as a reply to you…read more 1) You said l was explained by "creepy bold guy" but he never approached to me to say something. I was told by an asian guy at front desk plus he refused to tell me the reason why we can get a free trial so it never happened or creepy bold guy lied to you. He could just approach and talk instead of staring me from the room (which lm okey , hope he learned something from me) And just wanna confirm l got my NASM certificate on 2018 2) l agree about accepting limited people. Of course, that place cant handle more than 10 people same time so you ask 300$ which is acceptable, but not for that dark and old machines. 3)nobody asked for ultra bright lights, but we need to see dumbbell section or plates clearly for our safety. 4) no question about music in the gym. 5) l meant your pricing and machines quality (due to old age) dont match. It is acceptable only with decent price obviously not with your pricing.

Best kept secret gym in the area. The gym is very well equipped, immaculately clean, staffed with…read moregreat folks, and not slammed at all during peak times. The clientele is more River Oaks retirees than gym bros or insta baddies, and it's very welcoming. This is a place to feel comfortable in your skin and get a great workout in. Also, regarding personal training, Chad (the owner) is a fantastic trainer. Every session includes about 10 minutes of stretching from the trainer. Really a stellar experience.

Not realizing how large the city of Houston is, this was quite a drive for me to get to from where…read moreI was staying, and I speak for someone who is not familiar with the city-much less Texas-at all. Since I mapped it out beforehand, I knew where to park and how to get to the gym. This was a fairly large shopping area, but EQX was right there, and the desk is there in front once you enter. There was a really nice girl this day with long braids, and she directed me upstairs to the locker room and informed me that parking validation was not necessary at this time; the gate just went up as you pulled up to it. Perfect! After going upstairs, I did wander around and then a trainer directed me over to the locker room, which was spacious and very clean. The fitness floor is on the second, and as soon as I found the treadmills, I knew where I belonged. Light movement in the stretching area after, and then back to a shower with decent water pressure. What I was fascinated with was how friendly staff was. Trainers actually smiled and said goodbye which you won't normally see in California or New York. I certainly wasn't at home! Compared to other locations, this one was very low-key, although I admit I came during the afternoon where it was probably quieter. I had forgotten this is the location that I was in contact with back in 2020 when I had ordered some masks from their shop since they were actually open. I had such a good experience that the trip here to see them in person was worth it!

Came to Equinox for the first time for a Spa treatment. I…read morelove that when you book a spa treatment, they let you come in and use the gym/sauna beforehand. The gym equipment is a bit outdated though. I do like the fact that they offer cold towels post-workout to cool off. For the Spa treatment, I got the Hydrafacial 50 Min - Deluxe. For a first timer, you can also receive a 25% discount as well. Kristen was my esthetician and she was truly the best! You could tell that she was very experienced. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the facial itself was very relaxing. Really enjoyed the lymphatic drainage the most, she had my face looking snatched and jawline on point and skin truly glowing. 100% recommend booking her for a facial! My review will cover Stefani's barre class. I was first introduced to barre in 2019 and I've fallen in love with the practice. Stefani's barre class at Facet Seven Heights is my absolute favorite! Stefani is very upbeat, personable, fun, and extremely energetic! Her class is great for beginners and those who are advanced in the practice! She always has a fun playlist to rock out to and it makes the class even more fun! If you visit this gym, I definitely recommend checking out Stefani's barre class. She teaches on Mondays at 7:10pm, Thursdays at 6:20 or 6:35pm (sorry I can't remember), Saturdays at 10:35am, and Sundays at 9:45am.

Instantly when I started taking classes at Facet Seven I appreciated the community and friendliness at the front desk, members, and the instructors as well. I mainly take Stefani's barre, yoga, and ABC class but also have enjoyed HIIT and strengthcon with Emma. Stefani is a bright light and makes working out so fun but also challenging. Emma similarly looks to challenge but is also motivating and provided me modifications when needed with an injury, looking out for me when I didn't realize I could re-injure something without even knowing. The gym has a variety of equipment but is on the smaller side, so it's easier to see and get to know regulars in your class but also meet new people. Highly recommend!
