We were in Vail for the week and decided to go bowling. This was the only place open within a reasonable distance. The disinterested teenager at the front desk went through the motions, and certainly didn't put any effort into his job. The rental shoes were velcro, which didn't stay, so the shoes kept opening up. The lane kept keeping our balls which meant further interaction with the disinterested teen. Time ticked on why we waited multiple times for our bowling balls to return. They rent the lanes based on time so while the teen meanders back, the clock is ticking. The lanes were fine, but the approach was sticky with either soda or beer. They don't honor their own advertisements on happy hour deals from 4-7pm. Also half of the lanes don't even work. We had to be moved to other side of bowling alley to get a lane with bumpers for our kid. Staff mentioned multiple lanes out of order. Then when you finally get to bowl your bowling ball gets stuck every other time. Pretty high prices for bowling early. We got there before 5:00 and no wait staff came by so went to the bar to order and bartender told us go see the wait staff lady over there. As soon as our time expired the waitress came and took our food without asking if we were done also. Then the prices were double what the sign says and they said you have to order and eat your food at the bar and it doesn't say that on the signs. We spoke to the owner and they did nothing about it. Came here the other night with friends and had a blast! We rented 2 lanes to bowl for the 7 of us. It was a little bit of a wait but that was no problem as we were hungry so I ordered a calzone and we split some beer pitchers. The calzone was pretty good and the service was great. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I loved the ambiance of the place- on the side that we were on they turned the lights down late at night and turned on black lights which was awesome. This review is mainly for Joe, (manager?) who was so completely rude to me that i almost took my business elsewhere. :( the people at the front desk were very nice but i'm actually astonished at how anyone manages a business when they talk to clients the way Joe did. it was his tone of voice when i was asking him questions, his attitude, and his unprofessionalism. i truly hope he was just having a bad day but no reason to take it out on someone who is simply trying to get info on making a reservation. on a side note, a friend of mine told me that her experience was completely different about 8 years ago when she took her class there. apparently he went out of his way to show the kids the behind the scenes of the bowling alley. i hope "that" joe decides to come back again! read more

We called a couple days ahead of time for our large group of 30 including teens and parents, in town for a hockey tournament. Joe gave us great suggestions for food: pizza salads and wings for the teens at the lanes, and assorted appetizers for the adults in the adjoining dining room. The staff contacted us to verify our order and totals the day before, and when we arrived, everything was ready there for us! Our server was friendly and the food hit the spot. The food was good , I came in with 3 friends to get food and drinks and the service was HORRIBLE!!! Our server Salma did not bring our food to our table, she also put it to go even though they still had more than an hour left to close. And in the menu it says they can put in a 18% tip for a group of 6 but we were 4 and she put in a tip for 20% and this has happened to us before with the same server. The bowling alley is great. It's beautiful and has comfy couches. Just the people running it make the experience questionable. I've had many great experiences with the male employees they seem to be the most helpful. However to get a reservation you may have to call 10 times before someone actually picks up the phone and once you're there I'd say 50/50 employees have actual good customer service when they're helping you out. Also annoying how if you leave a voicemail they will never call back and if you actually want a chance to talk to someone you have to call a different number. Like just set up the right number so I can talk to someone from the start lmao. Also man on phone was extremely rude when someone did finally answer the call. read more

Wow. Would be leaving a 0 star if possible. I will start by saying I am not usually one to leave a review, especially a negative one, but this experience was SO terrible I had to warn all of you. DON'T waste your time or money at this atrocious business. Their customer service is dismal, their equipment is poor and breaks constantly. Don't expect to have a lane ready for you no matter what is promised to you beforehand, and even if you are lucky enough to get a lane, chances are your going to be waiting for them to fix your broken lane while your time ticks down. But above all else, the most astonishing and disappointing thing about this place is the lack of integrity and poor leadership from the owner Joe himself. He has no leadership skills himself, and has recruited a spineless and incompetent management team. So tired of the rude waitress there. Tried over and over again to blame it on how busy they were and give the benefit without judgement. Tonight was the last straw. walked in and sat down for dinner. waited about 20 minutes and still hadn't been acknowledged so I went up and asked if we could be helped. Still no one came. Physically got up and moved tables so we could be seen. Waitress continued to fill her drink, roll her eyes and stare at us. Finally saw her walking our way and she walks right past us and starts wiping a table. In the past when she's actually took our order, it was wrong and we would have to go up to the counter anytime we needed anything. BIG difference between busy and kind and NOT BUSY and RUDE. Went on a Rainy Thursday afternoon with my wife and two kids, one side of the center was open otherwise closed. One high school kid working the counter and trying to keel the lanes working. We payed 51 dollars to bowl , the lane was broken so much that we couldn't even finish one game in an hour and a half. Everyone around us seemed to be experiencing the same issues, the poor kid did a great job trying to keep it all together but he needed help! There were two servers that couldn't find their way to lane 14 so we got cocktails and some chicken nachos from the bar another 65 dollars then while waiting on lane repair my kids spent another 40 on games. At the end of it all my wife got 27 of our dollars back from not being able to bowl , I guess that was better than nothing.. To the owner or manager I get that times are though and staffing is difficult it you should stay closed or get your but in there and help.. read more

Have you ever had braised beef short-ribs at a bowling alley? Yeah, me neither - until this past weekend when the BF and I were enjoying a mellow weekend in Eagle. It's a pretty sleepy mountain town with not a whole lot going on in the evenings, so it was a pleasant surprise to see that this place provided food, cocktails and entertainment for the night (I'm referring to the server who was dressed like Boy George). And the bowling was fun too. It was a little bit pricey - the summer Equinox special was something like $25 an hour. Maybe I'm just getting old, but shouldn't bowling be like $2 a game? I suspect the music that was playing was from the aforementioned server's iPod - it was a fun mix of Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Britney. I approve. read more

Fun place but not a lot of options in Eagle. Enjoyed the bowling. Bartender needed to hold my ID for pool balls. When I got finished there was no one behind the bar to get my ID back. Realized they still had it when I got to the airport. Called the main number and was not helpful at all. Gave me the GMs number, Joe Gonzalez, whom I had called and explained the situation. He verified they still had my ID and I asked if he could mail it to me. He asked if I trusted US mail and I explained I didn't have a lot of options. Never heard back from him after that so I'll report it to the Eagle PD and ask them for assistance. I really wanted to like this alley. Seemed cool. It's not an uppity alley, but the 2 lanes we played on were the absolute worse. Seemed like it would be a really fun bowling alley with how its set up. Having a solid arcade area in case you had to wait for a lane to open up, I always thought, is important. Servers come around to ask if you wanted anything to eat or drink. However, when you're there to bowl and pins are falling multiple times in a row whenever you try to reset the frame, you start getting frustrated. We were there right after the league ended so switching us to a different lane was easy. Unfortunately, the next lane we were moved to was an even worst lane. Having to go to the desk pretty much every frame to tell the attendant that you need a ball return sucks all the fun. I think we did more waiting around than bowling. It was a nice thought to give us another half hour added to our lane, but you try waiting an extra 5 minutes between each player and tell me if you're still in the mood to bowl. Our first game, there was 6 of us and fortunately we were able to get through 1 game without anyone getting really annoyed. The kids (attendants working) were doing the best they can. The other 4 players we were with decided to leave and we still had 21 mins. However, between 2 players, we only got 3 frames in in that 21mins because 15mins was needed this time to get the balls back. When you're paying by the hour and not by game, seems like you'll just be wasting your money to just sit and stare at the lanes. read more

Superb comedy club venue. All we had were drinks so I can't speak to the food. But they had a comedy show with a national headliner (who was very good). The venue for this was incredible - under 40 people, tables comfortably filled the floor but were not on top of each other. And everyone had a great view and was at most 3 tables from the comedian. I don't know how they get someone that good up there for something so small (maybe they are trying out new material) but it's a fantastic setup. Excellent service from the waitresses too. read more

Amazing place the lanes or arcade might not work the best and they seem understaffed and overwhelmed at times with the amount of people. But why is it that people come in and can't follow rules or act with respect in this establishment simply because it's a bowling alley. Some of these people including the Nathan review are so full of them selves. If you can't follow rules or cause trouble your going to face consequences and get warnings or kicked out it's pretty simple. Playing the victim simply because you were warned to behave is sad and half of the bowling alley staff are Hispanic so playing the racism discrimination card is so sad. Be better don't be like the Nathan review the team is great if you want to act like middle schoolers like Nathan will be treated Like middle schoolers. The team are there to make a living and also trying their best to make things as smooth as possible for the customers even if things are not working how they should. We had 4 lanes for two hours and were not able to bowl a legitimate game due to mechanical malfunction. This place is great to go with friends and family. Andres, the bowling cashier, (for lack of better terms) went out of his way in making sure we had all that we needed to have a great bowling experience; he supplied us with bowling balls that were the correct size and having patience with us while we figured out the shoe sizes, all while there being a small line of people. He even helped us on the lane when a bowling ball got stuck! Andres truly went above and beyond in helping us. The best thing about it is that he had a great attitude while doing so. Wow this place is awesome. First off, this place is deceptively massive. About as big as a small city. Bowling, arcade, billiards, which is pool if you never leave your crappy neighborhood bar. I was amazed by the size and quality of a half order of nachos. The full order might be enough for offensive line for the Denver Broncos.
