Cheese bagel with onion cream cheese. Delicioussss
    Melinda B.

Really good bagels and their chive cream cheese packs a PUNCH. It's mixed with real chives and the flavor is strong. Almost spicy from that onion. I've never had onion cream cheese that strong and tasty. Really really good. I brought bagels to my coworkers and everyone was excited.

Here's some constructive criticism by no means I have nothing against bagel broker, I love bagel broker. I'm a south la resident and work in the West Hollywood area. For the past 12 years I've been eating my breakfast at bagel broker (Beverly and Fairfax) not every day of course. This place is the best! Bagels are fresh and warm my favorite is the plain bagel with turkey breast with everything on it. Recently I found out they had a location here in south la and place an online order I ordered 6 different bagels. I ordered 3 turkey breast bagel, ham bagel, chicken salad bagel and chives with cream cheese bagel. The presentation of the bagels were not the same bagels were very cold they had no cucumbers, onions , and the mayo even tho all this stuff is missing the bagel was still good. Today I went back in person to place another order my order was, 2 turkey bagel, 1 ham bagel and 1 cream cheese chives bagel. The first bagel I ate was the turkey breast bagel. Bagel was well served but the bread was very cold and soggy surprisingly the bagel still tasted very good! And my second bagel had the cream cheese but not the chives. My recommendation is please make them exactly how you make them at Beverly in Fairfax with the same quality and attention.

Great bagels and food! It's a shame that they don't open for a longer time but if you can make it, it's worth it!

The quality of food is second to none. Not only are the workers and owners just simply fantastic, their food is too. Our favorites are the MCB (nova lox, tomato, onion, capers & plain cream cheese on an everything bagel) and the Loxsmith (nova lox, crispy salmon skin, radish, pickled fennel, dill & beet cream cheese on an everything bagel). The MCB shines above all the other sandwiches for me and it's our favorite breakfast in the morning. Every bagel has the right amount of chewiness that we all love. My family and I would walk and frequent this place every morning to start the day with their fantastic bagels when we lived in the area. Oh how much we miss the living in Highland Park with the awesome shops and restaurants this city has! They also do platters and we've ordered for pick up for our office meetings too and everyone loves it! You can preorder everything online and set a day and time to pick up.

5/27/2026 4 Stars -…read moreminus 1 Star for lack in parking spaces. First time at Belle's. PEC Got it on a plain bagel. The bagel was fluffy and had a nice chew! Herby mayo, hot sweet peppers had a hint of spice, pastrami was soft and not too salty, egg was fluffy. It was a good bagel sandwich. However, I don't think I'd reorder this. LATKE Crispy and savory. The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce! SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. Still good all around, even toasted. I think it will be great as a bagel sandwich. Everything Pumpernickle had a good pumpernickle flavor in addition to the everything seasonings. They did not skimp on the seasonings! Every inch of that bagel was covered in seasonings! Favorite Bagels: Salt Bagel, Everything Bagel BEET CREAM CHEESE Delicious! Smooth, creamy, almost buttery! This is whipped cream cheese with roasted beet puree. Light in beet flavor, it had dill in it too. I was hesitant in getting a tub because it was on the pricier side. But it was so good, glad I got it! SEATS / AMBIANCE It had a lovely East Coast diner feel when walking in. But still, the space felt a bit cluttered. There were booths, counter seats and outdoor seats too. It was packed inside on a Wednesday lunch. Got there before noon. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good, friendly service. Staff was smiling and that's always a good thing! Went on a Wednesday before noon, but it was nearly packed. PARKING Horrible. Just horrible. Street parking only. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels here and would love to return for their bagels and lunch offerings.

Cozy place, friendly staff, pleasant customers, simple setup -- overall just a nice vibe. There's a big selection and all the classic bagel combinations are there. Nothing overly complicated, just solid bagels and toppings. Also the smell of fresh bagels when you walk in is honestly one of the best parts. I ordered the pastrami bagel. The only funny thing was my pastrami seemed to be swimming somewhere near Alaska, but I still liked it overall. Coffee was good too, although I wish the cup was bigger. Prices felt a little high, but at the same time I understand it's probably not easy running a small neighborhood business these days. Overall, really pleasant place with a cozy local feel.

I saw that they now offer Buffalo wings, there were multiple 8 by 11 print-out photos posted inside letting customers know. Since I'm a practicing Trytarian, I need to try (almost) everything at least once, especially in regard to food (except the deadly blowfish delicacy of course, dog, or cannibalism). I have a soft-spot for wings, but discipline myself to eat them only on special occasions or when an intense craving arises. But I gave in to give this new menu item a try. However, while ordering them I was met with an unpleasant surprise. I found it deeply heretical that they only offered ranch and not the standard blue cheese. I know there's a lot of ranch enthusiasts out there, I went to a college with a high-amount of Midwestern representation, and I too would often find myself participating in their "dipping fries in ranch" ritual. However, when it comes to Buffalo wings, my philosophy has always been blue cheese and crispy or GTFO. Nonetheless, I found myself unexpectedly eating (despite no blue cheese) and enjoying these Buffalo wings at Bagel & Slice on a late-Monday afternoon. Props to offering 8-pieces over 6. That felt generous and comfortably iconoclastic. But please get your act together and offer blue cheese in addition to ranch (if you must). Even the guy who ordered wings after me, while I was eating them asked for blue cheese. Locals and nearby Oxy students will certainly appreciate having high-quality Buffalo wings close by. But I cannot and will not endorse these wings until they are served with the option of blue cheese dressing.

The box they gave me was filled with a variety of pizza and bagels. For an early 5am breakfast, I had a bagel w/ cream cheese and thought it was delicious! For 2nd breakfast, I had a half a slice of margarita pizza and half a slice of pepperoni and those were also delicious. The pizzas are on the thin side...so, I don't feel too, too guilty lol Anyways, the service was quick. The shop is cute. There's some outdoor seating.
