They have a large variety of spreads and a lot of vegan options which seems to be the mode in a college town like Gainesville. Personally it's not for me as I'm a bagel purist but my understanding is there are times when folks are waiting up to 40 minutes to chow down a Humblewood bagel. So folks, what do I know.

Nursing home vibes…read more Very classic bagel place. I could smell the wonderful aroma of a bagel being toasted twice ( as per my request ) .. and as the scent swarmed around the entire cafe .... I just let the good aromas soak deeply into my senses.... Dreaming of that fabulous New York style bagel with lox ... and capers ... They forgot the capers ... I will try to forgive them for that ...
