There should be whole red peppers not just flakes. The hot and sour soup was broth and egg. No strips of bamboo shoot or other vegetable like mushroom. Very little meat. I couldn't taste much sour or hot pepper. It's been too Americanized in my opinion. The quality of the ingredients was fresh but lacked that Chinese flavor I came for.

RIP Bree. Team Spin and K'moniwannaleiya started here, and the pub clearly welcomed the group and gave them room to set up, sell shirts, and say a few words in her honor. That says a lot about the place. We did not eat here, but they were obviously prepared to serve a lot of cyclists. Drinks were reasonably priced, service was solid, and everything seemed to be moving well even with a big crowd. The indoor/outdoor setup is a huge plus, especially in the summer. There was plenty of room for people to gather, spread out, and still feel like part of the same event. The front of the place says, "Come as strangers, leave as friends," and for this kind of bike weekend stop, that felt pretty accurate. Good atmosphere, good service, and a great setup for both large groups and smaller visits. We would come again -- and honestly, we probably will.
