We just had my daughter first birthday yesterday and we got a magician for an hour. And he was GREAT!! The kiddod were laughing and smiling. He arrived a little early to make sure he was at the right location and party. And once it was time to start he came in to set up. Booked the train for my daughter's first birthday and they NEVER showed up. I had to call to see what was going on and after a lot of back and forth I was told that train was not coming due to "technical " problems to later find out it had been double booked. So they were just going to not call or show and my whole party was expecting to see the train. They did send over a face painter which is why I am giving the 3 stars. read more

Used this company for a big community event. One of their clowns was super creepy and unprofessional...I know, I know, what clown isn't? More importantly, they sub-contracted pony rides and a petting zoo and that company (Jones' Horses and Ponies) was terrible. They were late, rude to staff and guests, and cruel to their animals. 100% SATISFIED! We threw our sons a birthday party and Karyn made sure we had horses! It was a bit last minute but she made it all happen! The guys who brought the horses were so nice and friendly! They even arrived 30 mins early to set up and prep April & Shorty (names of the horses). When they arrived, I thought they were the small tiny ponies but when they came out the trailer, they were full blown HORSES! It was absolutely amazing! And the horses were so cute and cooperated very well with the 30+ children we had at our party! A few adults even got on for some rides! Just had my son's 7th bday party this weekend and I booked a last min. balloon artist and Karyn was very sweet and accommodating! For an hour of Balloon art it started at $125 I'm not sure if that is the running rate but it was worth it especially when it was planned at the VERY last min. (working parents ) so it was great when Trey called to confirm time and location and even showed up early and ready to get to work, he was great with the babies and kids! I hired this company for my daughters first birthday. I requested a face painter, ballon animal artist, two ponies and a petting zoo. Everything was amazing! They arrived on time, set up rather quickly and were extremely courteous. All the kids loved everything. The face painting was really good. It was very detailed. The petting zoo was a huge hit with the kids and adults. I definitely recommend this place. We hired them for 2 hours and had 30 children. All of them had the opportunity to enjoy everything. Hired Karyn and her Caricaturist for my son's first birthday. I was so excited for this vendor and thought this would for sure be a BIG hit at the party-- this is not what happen. First, i called Karyn and she gave me a set price for the 1 1/2 hours and let me know that the artist can draw about 20 pictures within 1 hour. Within a week i texted her to change the date and when i confirmed with her a few days before she told me she did not makes the time changes and it will cost me more for an evening event. I was already mad because i could not look for anyone else and had to pay the extra charges. The artist was schedule to arrive at 530 but ended up showing at 6pm. No one called me until i called them like 10 times, and then a gentlemen inform me that he will come at 6pm @ 550pm. When he arrived he was already awkward and the first thing he did was get an alcoholic drink before he started. Im okay if this help you become a better drawer but that was not the case. He was very slow and had to reference to his phone a lot to draw the pictures. Most of the drawing he did looked very angry and unhappy. Later that night when he left i found out he only did 7 drawing within 1 and 1/2 hours. I was so disappointed with this service. I did call Karyn and she was apologetic of the situation and refunded me ONLY 30 dollars when the service cost 190.00. I think i should have gotten half the cost back because she was so confident that the artist can draw 20 pictures within 1 hour. OVERALL-- BAD EXPERIENCE, will not be coming back . read more
