I cannot say enough wonderful things about our party decorator and the incredible work she did for my daughter's quinceañera. I am really bummed that I had to break my contract due to financial reasons. I asked if I could use my deposit to just rent one throne chair, our finances no longer allowed us to pay the full contract but I wanted to still rent the chair. I was told that was not allowed and that they did not rent items separately, although they are listed on their website as individual rentals. I signed my contract the first week of April and my event is in mid July. I had to cancel my agreement mid June. I didn't receive any updates on my event within that time (April to June), we were already at the one month mark and they had not contacted me. If I had not contacted them to cancel my agreement, I don't know if I would have heard from them. I am fully aware that deposits are not refundable, however I was hoping that one small exception would be made just for a throne chair. I even offered to pick it up and to let go of the rest of my deposit with no luck. Unfortunately times can be tough and when a huge financial change happens, we are placed in difficult situations. I just hoped to get a little more flexibility from them seeing as that I only spoke to them once, during my consultation when I gave my deposit. I am disappointed, although Vanessa was very kind, I just wish her and her team had been a bit more flexible in this situation. read more

Fourteen years ago I started planning my daughter's quinceanera. I had a dream and a vision. Last year it came down to searching for the right vendors to execute my dream and my vision. My daughter wanted a butterfly theme and I decided to incorporate an enchanted garden with butterflies as our theme. I went to many quince expose to learn about planning a quinceanera and to meet vendors. Once I collected enough information, I started the interview process. I knew what I wanted, I just needed the right people and business. When I met Vanessa, she immediately got me and my vision. I felt her passion and how detailed she is for what she does. It was a little scary because I have always done my own parties. But this time I wanted to enjoy my daughter and her party. It was time to let go and trust. She executed my vision and helped make my dream come true. The venue decor was amazing, like a fairytale. My daughter and I were in awe and extremely happy when we did the reveal. It was exactly how I wanted everything. My cake decor was the first. I was scared but I could see it in my vision. I trusted that Vanessa would make it happen. It turned out to be my favorite. Both Vanessa and her husband are a wonderful team. Then I lost my potential day of coordinator and I asked Vanessa for a referral. She said, I can do it. I hired her for day of coordinator and her team. It seemed like it was a little overwhelming for her but she delivered. Her daughter who was assigned to my daughter was amazing. She assisted her in everything she needed from venue start time until she was done. She also captured beautiful pictures and videos of my daughter and the event. This allowed me to not have to worry about my daughter as her needs were being met. My daughter was happy and less stressed because of her assistant that was knowledgeable in working with quinceanera's and very nice and sweet. I called Vanessa a few weeks before my son's 3rd birthday party, she did his first and i definitely wanted her again for this one. NO regrets, her decorations are so unique you cannot find anything like them in the area especially for the price (so cheap). We decided on the party just a few weeks before and even though she already had 3 events for that day she managed to do an amazing job (mind you this is a family business) they catered, did the cake, decorations and was so proactive with planning everything and changing the details as i pleased ;).
