With the monthly fee over $771/month that is their job and I should not have to waste an hour of my time to fill out forms and upload last years inspections but I did and now they have posted a letter they are going to break in next week if someone is not home. I received no confirmation from my submissions and no response to my emails. I have called and they say they do not see the information in their portal. I sent them the old emails and a screenshot of the submissions in the portal. This is harassment! I was hoping the board would change management companies again as it seems they do every year or so but I cannot wait and going to sell this condo hopefully this spring.
