He was incredibly kind, attentive, and loving with our pups, and it was so obvious how comfortable and happy they were with him. In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. We're grateful to Dog Gone Fitness for continuing their excellent service, and Rhett for being the best friend to Bart & Muffin.

They sent Sonia who was truly amazing at making sure the dogs were included, but also making sure they were well taken care of and not getting overwhelmed. It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Dogs are creatures of habit and enjoy consistency; which is why I like the fact that Kelli is always there and her place feels like home to my pup girl. When I asked if visits and walks took place as agreed upon (again trying to figure out why my dog was so stressed out), I was told to check the ring camera for Arzu's comings and goings. I should not have to check my ring camera to make sure visits and walks were done. When I asked for the key back - it was returned broken off of the key ring. Again was told it was not broken although it was handed back to me in 2 pieces.

I worried about finding someone that could accommodate our strange schedule. When we reached out to Arzu, she was able to do it all for us. My work day (or night, what have you) always got a little brighter whenever I would receive a text update from Arzu. She sends us the cutest pictures of our dog, Casper. He absolutely loves her. Arzu has been with us through our different shift changes (from night shift, to day shift, to now working a regular 9-5 a week) and she's become almost like a member of the family. She has a flexible schedule and she is very reliable. There have been many times that she's been able to take care of our dog on short notice and emergencies. I used to use the "top" dog hotel in town and when I'd return from a trip the dogs would sleep for a day, and the most recent/last time one of my dogs hid under the bed for several days after - she was was clearly traumatized - so that was the end of that.
