My baby after a training day. It was fun! Slept soundly that night :)

Hudson is fantastic! He worked with my young Weimaraner/Black Lab mix on separation anxiety and gave us fun, effective ways to keep her mentally stimulated. Even with 20+ years of dog experience myself, I learned so much. He's energetic, professional, and very intuitive. Highly recommend!

The best trainer you could possibly hire. My 90lb reactive rescue dog has massively chilled out, learned precise recall, and happily stays by our side on walks. He can now get a lot closer to dogs on walks, when he used to lose his mind even hearing another dog. Also best of all, Hudson only uses positive work with our dog, no punishment. He has helped our dog become much much more mentally healthy.

Hudson with Best Dogs Ever changed my life with one phone call. He never judged my bad habits and guided me throughly by providing me with a peace of mind and a safe puppy. Casper & I thank you for being there for us We love you!

I consulted with Hudson last August regarding my pup Sage who has separation anxiety; I could not leave the home without Sage panicking. Hudson provided clear instructions for how to support Sage with being calm when I left and linked me to respected specialists for further training. We started the separation anxiety training well ahead of the curve because Hudson got us off to such a good start - he knows his stuff! I'm so grateful to Hudson for giving us hope, encouragement, and skilled advice.

I was nervous to see dogs on walks due to his reactivity and even though he was an angel at home, sweet as pie, gentle and obedient - taking him out anywhere was not fun for him nor for me. Zoom Room changed all that. Now we use a handsfree leash. No more 'no pull harness', just a flat collar. I take him anywhere and he's improved so much in terms of reactivity. we are not perfect in terms of dog neutrality yet but WOW we have come so far. I take him to Runyon and Fryman, which I would have never done before due to all the dogs. I'm excited now when I see dogs, to help him practice making good decisions. I couldn't have done this without Alex and Justin. We've done a combo of Agility, Obedience, Loose Leash Hiking and Calm Down classes. We continue to work everyday and put into practice what we learn in class. Thank you Zoom Room for helping us so much and making life so much more enjoyable.

Upon parking I did note that there is very little parking in the back, I think I just got lucky to get the spot directly in front of the door in the back of the building, and I did find myself wondering what would parking be like during class time, I read in other reviews that some people have to walk from farther away because of the parking situation. I entered and thought it would be quite a small building, but actually the facility is quite spacious. They have one large room (with no windows) that they use for Private training sessions, and then they have the main large space where all their training classes take place and large windows. The facility is very clean and impressive and I saw the trainer playing ball with one of the dogs who was so well behaved which was nice to see as an example of what my puppy could be like when she grows up. The way it seems to work is you have to buy packages to be able to get credits to sign up for classes. Then you can use the website or you can call to ask to book the classes. One qualm I have is since they don't have a structured program where you show up weekly for classes, it means anyone can just jump in at any time. I think the concept of not being forced to do a weekly class makes sense, but at the same time for a puppy who needs structure and direction in addition to socialization, I do want something structured. If the classes fill up fast and get waitlisted, that must mean that some people don't get to train their dog that week? I wouldn't want to miss learning something with her and be forced to wait for another class or forced to take private classes to make up for it. I wish that I can purchase just one credit and try one class to see how it is before committing to a whole package. I do love that zoom room has so many classes to choose from though, including play time, socialization, agility, and sometimes they do nose work classes. I would love to do all of those. I am still researching training facilities and if I decide to use Zoom Room which is on my top three list of options, then I will update in the future how my experience goes.

Teddy a sweet pup but struggled with anxiety, reactivity, resource guarding and was VERY sensitive to being touched and would often lash out or try to bite. We were really worried about how to help him and how to curb some of these bad habits we'd no doubt reinforced with our own behavior. When I called Brett for the initial consult, he was patient, understanding but also honest and direct about the time and effort it would take and the changes we would have to make to have a real impact. We were open to the feedback and committed to making a change in and out of our home. WOW. We've been working with Brett consistently for 3 months and Teddy is like a new dog. He is calmer, happier, more obedient, and much more confident and tolerate of being touched (especially on sensitive areas like his paws!). Our friends and family have all been shocked at the noticeable difference in Teddy's overall demeanor (happier and calmer!) and behavior. Our groomer asked us what had changed as he was so much calmer and happier to deal with. I want to be clear this is no "magic pill" we put in the work but with Brett's guidance and structure, we cannot believe the results. Teddy is of course still a work in progress and we have more work to do, but seeing the progress he's made in such a short amount of time with Brett's thoughtful approach has been so exciting. Brett truly understands dogs and their psychology and this makes him a true expert. Just know that part of the training process is training your pup but also training yourself to adjust your own behaviors to create a positive outcome long term for everyone. We cannot recommend Brett enough!!!

I was entirely overwhelmed and at my wit's end trying to manage her behaviors. When I hired Brett, I'll admit I fought him along the way on some of the training protocols--but in the end, he was correct about EVERYTHING. The most vital thing for difficult or frustrated dog owners to understand is that Brett's training isn't just about fixing the dog; it is primarily about training YOU, the owner. He provides an exceptional structure and leadership framework, but it only works if you are willing to check your own habits, get on board, and consistently follow through as a pack leader. His methods are incredibly kind, humane, and highly effective at correcting severe behavioral issues. Today, I am so incredibly happy with how my once-crazy dog has turned out. Thanks to Brett, Lucy is a wonderful companion who listens perfectly, handles major environment changes like moving to Downtown LA beautifully, and doesn't react to other people or animals anymore. Having her in my life has truly become the amazing journey I always hoped it would be. If you are willing to put in the work on your end, Brett is absolutely the best master trainer you can find!

We met the team at K9 Logic Dog Training and they assessed our dog and determined what kind of training program would be best for him to address his separation anxiety and the other skills we wanted to work on. Within a week we noticed progress. We finally were able to leave the house for an hour and go to the market together. Week by week the time has gradually gotten longer where we have been able to leave him alone for longer periods of time to reclaim our social life back. I was skeptical at first, but after that first week I became a believer. Unfortunately, my experience once training began left me uncomfortable, and I decided to withdraw him after two sessions. When I arrived for the first session, I was surprised to find that the training facility was a private residence. Everything took place outside at the front gate, and I was not given a tour, a clear explanation of the setup, or much of a welcome. I was expected to hand my puppy to a staff member I had never met, who would place him in a kennel until his training began. Since this was my first time leaving him with strangers, the lack of an introduction or information about where he would be staying made me uneasy. I had been instructed not to feed Fumi dinner the night before or breakfast that morning, so I packed his food and treats with the understanding that they would feed him or use his food during training. When I picked him up around 4:00 p.m., I discovered that none of his food had been opened or touched. Because he was only four months old and had not eaten since the previous day, this was extremely upsetting. I was told that he had received plenty of treats, and a manager later called to apologize, but the experience still left me concerned about leaving him in their care. I was also handed training tools without being clearly reminded that I would be charged separately for them. I later received a text with the bill and was told that the cost had been included in the contract. I would encourage future clients to review those additional charges carefully and ask whether they can purchase the tools themselves, as similar items may be available elsewhere for less. Sasha, the trainer, was very kind, and I appreciate the manager reaching out to apologize. However, between the feeding incident, the overall drop-off experience, the unexpected equipment charges, and not seeing improvement after two sessions, I ultimately did not feel that this program was the right fit for me or my puppy.

You can genuinely tell they truly care about the dogs they work with and understand each dog individually. The bond Phoenyx built with Devin was incredible.
