This is a great company. Renee is amazing and very accommodating with last minute requests and changes. I regularly use two of her dog sitters, Emperial and Lisa Anne - both are very dependable and trustworthy. I used to use the "top" dog hotel in town and when I'd return from a trip the dogs would sleep for a day, and the most recent/last time one of my dogs hid under the bed for several days after - she was was clearly traumatized - so that was the end of that. Great pet sitting service! We were originally scheduled to travel during covid but had to cancel our plans. We had already scheduled service through Fetch and they were flexible with the last minute cancellation. Over a year later we were finally able to travel and scheduled a cat sitter through Fetch. At the last minute we found out we might not be able to go due to restrictions in the country we were traveling to. Fetch was very understanding and didn't give us a hard time. Fetch is amazing! Our sitter, Curt, has been so instrumental to our pet care. I have 2 cats, each with a very different disposition. Rocky is super friendly and Lollipop, very skittish. Lollipop doesn't warm to anyone new and has even disappeared for a few days when friends have watched her. They are indoor/outdoor. As you can imagine, it is very stressful to leave town and not worry about them; but to know that Lollipop loves Curt is so comforting. She even lets him pick her up! I highly recommend Fetch Pet Care. Peggy & the crew are so very helpful. They always respond promptly to any request, and do their best to satisfy any last-minute requests for service. My dog has a specific training routine that their walkers are happy to follow, which is a huge plus. They are all prompt and professional. Our regular walker, Nora, goes out of her way to care for Buster - it shows in the way he greets her whenever she comes to take him out - he really loves her! And...Emperial, our pet sitter was the best pet sitter we have ever had. She walked into our house and knew just how to approach our barking dogs and shy kitties.
