Had a lovely brunch with a few friends at Bath, where we say outside on the cute patio. The sun was shining on us and when the skies darkened they pulled over the awning. There're heaters as well, in case it gets chilly. The eggs Benedict, with Salmon or bacon, are a good choice. Others got the 'tub roll' which was great! Is get that the next time. Good size portions and delightful coffees. I'm interested in going back in the evening for great beer selection as well!

We had an amazing brunch here last weekend. There are about 10 dishes on the menu, all around the 10 euro mark. Of course I went for my all time favourite, because I'm adventurous like that: eggs benedict (with salmon) They were perfect. And the side order of fries were just the way I like them (thin and crispy with a bit of rosemary). The jugs of cocktail are only 15 euro. Staff was smiley and happy. The terrace is cute, full of colourful flowers. Seriously, what's not to like? If I could give 6 stars, I would!

I went to there weekdays. There were many people! Staffs are very friendly! And drink menus has lot of list! I ordered mojito of tea pot. It's cute and we can serve 2-4 people. If it's good weather, you should drink at outside :)

Lovely place, great atmosphere, perfect Guinness with a perfect waitress service! The decoration is unique and the location is also nice. Do not doubt to go after work to drink the beer you deserve and enjoy with a perfect atmosphere plus many tv screens where you will able to watch the most important sport events.

Cocktails out of a teacup, sophisticated!

The Bath is a very nice pub with a good cocktail menu and great outdoor seating on a nice day. It can get crowded here and we had to wait for quite some time at the bar to order our drinks and for our drinks to be made. However, the staff was friendly and our cocktails were delicious. We had the Elderflower Collins teapot. It gave us a total of 4 drinks, all for 15 Euro- not a bad deal. I enjoyed the atmosphere here a lot.

A special bath gin Mojito. Yum!

Hendrick's Mojito in a tea pot? Yes please! This a nice spot and if I lived locally, I'd probably be in there often enough. It has a nice modern and clean look to it and was buzzing on this particular Friday evening. I have no doubt I'll be there again when I'm in the area ;) Again. try those tea pot cocktails! To die for :)

The authentic Victorian setting, the Victorian mahogany fittings, the mosaic marble tiled floors and granite tabletops, the mahogany bar, capped with red Connemara marble, follows the classic Victorian architectural pattern. The staff are helpful, friendly and patient since their accent is hard to understand sometime. My 1st beer and 1st Irish food, all I can say is what a meal, just simple delish. Being here is just a wondrous experience, the place is cosy, warm and the friendly of the people. So glad I picked this place as my first of Dublin.

Tucked down Dame Court just off Dame Street, The Stag's Head is one of those rare pubs that feels genuinely historic rather than designed to look old. The building dates to the late 1800s, and the interior retains the ornate features of a classic Victorian "gin palace"--rich carved wood, stained glass, brass rails, and a warm, glowing bar that feels wonderfully preserved. We stopped in around 4:30 pm, which turned out to be a perfect time to visit. There were other patrons enjoying drinks and food, but the atmosphere was calm and relaxed rather than loud or rowdy. It felt like the kind of place where locals drop in for a quiet pint on their way home from work before the evening crowd arrives. The staff were excellent--friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was very good (we failed to take photos because we were too busy enjoying it). As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to see the Impossible burger front and center on their menu; it was deliciously prepared with guacamole on a brioche bun, and not an afterthought on the menu. My companions both chose the Irish Beef Burger, and said it was excellent. One thing to know: this is a traditional Victorian pub, so cocktails aren't really part of the program. Expect beer, wine, or spirits rather than mixed drinks. In a place like this, that actually feels exactly right. Other pubs do serve mixed drinks. Between the history, the ambience, the quality of the food, and the wonderful staff, The Stag's Head is the kind of place that makes you feel like you've experienced a real piece of Dublin.

Loved our Guinness, but the fish and chips were maybe the worst we have ever had. The fish was gray (not flaky, forget even being fluffy) and oily/greasy. The mushy peas were flavorful and the chips were great and we thoroughly enjoyed them with our pints. The burger looked terrific but tasted like two dried meat pucks with cheese. Might be one of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. I'm not sure if the food quality was this bad because we arrived so late in the evening or if it was because we were not the local patrons, either way it was really disappointing as our first meal in Dublin. Maybe go for a pint or maybe go earlier in the day but definitely don't go at night expecting the food to be good. Three stars because the servers were friendly enough, though nobody checked in once our meals were dropped off. I've traveled all over Ireland and this service and experience was lackluster at best.

Note: while it may look small from the outside, the pub actually stretches really far back. But enough about that, let's talk about the food.. Ohhh the ffoooooooddd. Got the vegetarian sharing platter between two, and although we were happy enough with the prospect of spending €21 between us, what was to come probably warranted a far higher price. I'm talking multiple pots of hummus/ pestos, I'm talking melt-in-your-mouth bruschetta, I'm talking a big dish of cheesy ratatouille... garlicy baby potatoes... buffalo mozzarella... and piles & piles of soft, fresh bread. Definitely would have fed at least 3 people quite handsomely. To seal the deal, the staff are on-point and the surroundings & atmosphere is most agreeable!

Last night my friend and I ate here and I have to say it was gorgeous. We shared a crab claw starter - fresh and perfectly poached in garlic butter and served with fresh crusty bread (which I couldn't eat but my friend said it was amazing!) I surely missed a piece of bread to dunk in all that garlicky butter! I went for the burger for main course, no bun! It arrived smothered in crispy bacon, melted cheese and chorizo pieces. Huge and very meaty (no added anything, just beef!) I couldn't finish it. Accompanied by really really good "thrice fried" fries, salad and coleslaw, very very tasty My friend went for fillet of beef. Now we asked before we ordered was it Definetely a fillet as she had been before and was not given fillet. We were told yes it was! The (really lovely) waitress even checked with the chef but when it arrived it was not fillet, sirloin at best but not fillet. Tasty but with some fat running through it which both my friend and I abhor!! Charging €24 for a steak advertised as fillet and serving another cut is not acceptable in my opinion. However, it was tasty (I tried it too) and perfectly cooked. Accompanied by onions and mushrooms in garlic cream sauce and served with a huge bowl of salad that was a mix of leaves, tender stem brocolli, cucumber and warm baby roast potatoes drizzled in honey mustard dressing. Delish! We had a bottle of white wine recommended to us which was delicious. When we finished our main, we waited 20 mins for anyone to come to the table to clear and offer dessert menu but this did not happen. I went to the bar to ask for water and dessert menu and after another 10 mins a waiter came with (horrible) tap water and told us the 2 dessert options. As neither worked for me we ended up opting for an Irish coffee each. Overall, it was lovely and I will absolutely go back again, there is a duck option on the menu I've my eye on to try next time!

I suspect one of the reasons why you get so comfy is that wandering around like she owns the place and greeting everyone as though they are a regular is the Pub dog. A four year old golden retriever whose name escapes me but she is a dote and unquestionably adds to the place. The real gem as far as I'm concerned is at the back of the pub. You know how every pub on the planet says it has a beer garden and upon investigation you find a 2 Metre square slab of concrete with a few potted plants? Well this place actually has a garden.....one that would not look out of place behind any house, a nicely kept affair with a lawn and flowerbeds and of course, a dog kennel. It makes you feel immediately relaxed - I love it.
