I was craving something healthy but still filling, so while browsing Uber Eats I came across The BBQ Boutique. The reviews looked solid, and honestly, anything with "BBQ" in the name is going to grab my attention, so I decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did. I ordered the Large 2 Protein & 5 Cold Toppings bowl with smoked brisket and picanha, plus a smaller brisket bowl with 3 cold toppings. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you'd want in a quality bowl. The real standout, though, was the meat. The smoked brisket was incredibly tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The picanha was equally impressive--it honestly made me want to head to a Brazilian steakhouse. You can tell they use high-quality meat and prepare it with care. Overall, this was a fantastic meal. I've ordered a pound of pulled pork and a pound of beef brisket twice. The pork was a little too greasy for us. I had to bring it home and put it in a steam pot. It was good. We really liked the brisket, nice burnt ends, moist and a good crust of seasoning. Their BBQ sauces are full of flavor and a little goes a long way. The atmosphere of the restaurant is chill with picnic tables and a small market to buy various sauces, side, dessert... They offer a happy hour for beer. I didn't try the happy hour but something to consider if you want a beer with your BBQ. They also offer Latin inspired bowls with rice/ veggies and choice of meat. Customer service has been great both times I went. In my opinion it's currently the best BBQ in the area. It's not your typical southern style but they offer typical pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Wish they had collard greens! Get their app and you get $5 off your first order. We ordered to go so can't speak on the ambiance but the place was nice when we went to pick up the food it doesn't have tables for dining in. The food was AMAZING. I got one of the bowls with pork and picanha steak and it was so amazing. My husband got the gaucho and he loved it as well he rated it am 8/10 very good flavor, wish it had a sauce to go along with it but overall it was amazing (he is a sauce guy). Yall. BBQ Boutique was SO worth the drive. We came up from West Kendall and we would definitely make the drive again not just for the amazing food & service, but the amazing deals as well! They have daily specials on beers from 3-6PM for $3.50 draft beers and a ton of deals on the meal packages. $10/10 wings, 2/2 platters with (2) free sodas and so many more! Our servers Duda & Mathias were amazing and Chef Luis killed it in the kitchen! Really good bbq! I've wanted to try them for some time now. Ended up ordering for delivery. Got the baby back ribs with a side of slaw. The ribs tasted great! I usually like dry rub ribs with minimal sauce on them. Theirs has sause but they dont over do it... I also like that while sweet it its super sweet so u can taste the nuance as well as the "smokiness" The slaw was very flavorful and good as well. Its a wet slaw but not super watery. I cannot speak on the dine-in experience but we just ordered delivery for the first time and have mixed feelings. The Aloha Bowl was BOGO on Uber Eats and my husband and I got that. We were both underwhelmed. We dumped the cream sauce it came with and Carolina barbecue sauce and also divided a small pinto beans and shook it all up. It really needed more pineapple (Aloha should mean more than one slice) and we had to add hot sauce because it was honestly bland. I tasted the beans on their own and it was like they were heated after being dumped out of a can. My boys, on the other hand, absolutely loved their Plain Jane smash cheeseburgers and fries. Kinda fatigue from the usual choices (4 Rivers or Mississippi Sweets), I decided to get out of my comfort zone and go with my buddy Joe to The BBQ Botique in Coconut Creek! Going in, the place had much more space than I anticipated and was very clean inside. Today we split 1x steak quesdilla, 1x half rack of ribs with Mac n cheese, and 1x Js Wings with the creme sauce. Moving on with my review, this isn't your normal BBQ Faire style of food, but the food to my surprise was very flavorful! The steak quesdilla had real chunks of beef in it and the meat was seasoned and tender! The half rack of ribs were done just right; tender but still on the bone, saucy but not drowning in bbq sauce either! Mac n cheese had a nice creamy cheese sauce and didn't taste like the boxed stuff. The wings, although fried, tasted like they came off the grill and were extremely tender too! Overall, I only sampled a portion of the menu this evening, but I thought the food was on point! My final rating is 5/5 stars. read more

This was once my favorite place to go however lately that isnt the case. The food has gone downhill. I stopped going as much when I got a bad order of ribs. After watching Brennan Taylor I had to make a trip south to try. I had the All American bowl and the Wife had Parmesan Garlic wings. Be a little patient, as it does take a bit to get your order fresh out the kitchen. Everything was really tasty. The Brisket had a great smoky flavor, it could have used just a little bit more seasoning. But with the side of BBQ sauce, it didn't matter. The Pork was seasoned to perfection. When you walk in the door and smell the air, you know you've landed at an awesome bbq spot. I got two pulled pork sandwiches, one bbq and the other Carolina, a side of cole slaw and a side of sweet potato fries. The cole slaw was one of the best I've ever had. The sweet potato fries are waffle fries and they were great. The bbq sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and smokey, the Carolina sauce sweet and tangy. The pulled pork was sooooo flavorful and the bun was just right for such a mighty sandwich. I saw wings coming out from other orders and that for sure is next to try. Was hoping to get a light quick little bowl for lunch yesterday but unfortunately I received someone else's order. Not sure if that was the fault of the restaurant or my GrubHub driver, but not going to hold it against the restaurant so will rate the food I did get. The fries weren't as good because of the fact they were sitting in styrofoam for delivery, but they still held up decently well in the drive. Could have used a little more seasoning but I could tell that these probably would have been pretty good fresh, kind of tasted like they were tossed in some sort of starch slurry to give them a crispier exterior before frying. There was an order of Yuca fries too, but not as good IMO. Picanha was probably the best thing I got in this bag of food. As someone who doesn't like steaks too rare this was a nice medium, simply but well seasoned, nice and juicy. Could have used a nicer bark but overall this was a good piece of meat. The brisket was... not great. Again maybe this didn't hold up on the car ride but the brisket was really dry and wasn't particularly well seasoned. The brisket was very tender, sliced nicely, and juicy--which I appreciated--but it lacked seasoning and overall flavor. Still, the texture was spot on. The coleslaw was a miss for me--it was very liquidy and heavy on the mayo, which I don't love. We also ordered two sides of fries, which were just average and on the smaller side. On the plus side, they included plenty of barbecue sauce and ranch, but the ranch tasted like basic bottled dressing--not fresh or house-made. Overall, the brisket had potential, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it just yet. I might give it one more try and sample some of their other meats before making a final decision. read more

The BBQ is excellent. I had the 3 meat combo. The brisket was tender and very tasty. The baby back ribs were very tasty and fell off the bones. The sausage was also very good. The fries were crisp and tasty. I also had the coleslaw and pinto beans. Several different sauces were available. The food was so good that we made up our minds to come back again -real soon. I've been to the Planet Fitness near this location a dozen times, but never noticed this place! Its tucked to the side of a regularly busy plaza. After seeing a reel on Instagram about this restaurant I knew I had to come try it out. The place is nice and spacious inside, lots of seating. Its clean, simplistic and calming. They have many sauces and products on display for sale. Staff were very friendly and from the time we placed the order to the time we got our food only like 10 minutes had passed. Service was crazy fast, but the quality didn't suffer, which is even better. We got the smokehouse nachos. Id say the layering for the nachos could have been a bit better and maybe a bit more meat, but the flavor was amazing! Warm, crispy seasoned chips, smokey pork, this tangy creamy sauce and fresh veggies. Would absolutely get it again. I got the fit bowl which came with chimi chicken, brown cilantro rice, pickled red onion and garbanzo bean salad (I also got extra chimichurri on the side.) I wouldn't change anything in this bowl. Bursting with flavor, and I could eat it guilt-free. I felt full after eating it, but not weighed down as it was a light and not greasy. My friend got the pulled pork quesadilla. Fresh, toasty, warm, gooey cheese and a good amount of meat. Was exactly as expected. Those three dishes with 2 cans of coke came to a little over $50. Its a bit pricey, but I think its worth it. This gem is great are all your BBQ needs. You can buy anything you need for BBQ at home or eat amazing BBQ food here. Everyone was very friendly when ordering at the counter. (You have to pick up your food when it's ready) They have plenty of big tables so you can come with big groups with no problem! My favorite were the baby back ribs! We had a good lunch here. And it was made even better because when we did our Yelp check in, we received a big discount off our entire bill! When you enter, you pass by the coolers/freezers with various meats, drinks, shelves of wine, seasonings, sauces, and even charcoal. That's the "boutique" part. In the next room you order and pay at the cashier. You are given a receipt with a number. They call the number when your food is ready. They have various bowls, bowls of the day, meat by the pound, sandwiches, etc. I got a brisket sandwich, and my husband got a pulled pork sandwich. You have your choice of barbecue sauce -- either their bbq sauce or a carolina mustard sauce. We both got their hogwash sauce which was a red and slightly sweet one. The sandwiches come with French fries. My husband loved his pulled pork sandwich. The meat was tender and flavorful. The bun was toasted ("caramelized) so the juices stayed in the meat and not in the bread. I liked my brisket. It was a bit fatty on the edges which is typical, and the meat benefited from a liberal application of the BBQ sauce. They also have a cooler with desserts should you wish something sweet. Items like flan, and cheesecake, et al. The guy at the register was quite nice. He knew about yelp and the discount so there were no problems ordering there. Otherwise, they have a sign saying not to talk to the staff (!!) which I thought was a bit off putting. But I guess it can be distracting or dangerous when the food preparers are slicing meats....
