I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. She also gave me the exact cut that I asked for, and lots of advice on growing longer and stronger hair. There is no way that I am going back to my LA salon... I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted.
