When I politely asked, I was met with attitude and told I "already had the ticket," which clearly wasn't true. Instead of handling it professionally or even asking a simple clarifying question, the guy making the drinks reacted abruptly, snatched things around, and remade BOTH drinks without any acknowledgment or apology. On top of that, the cold brew itself tasted extremely watered down like no care was put into it at all. The whole interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and honestly disrespectful, especially after paying for the service. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. This experience didn't reflect the standard I've come to expect from this place, and I hope it's addressed.
