Hands down my favorite coffee shop in all of Gaston County. I usually stop by when I'm in Belmont or at the Farmer's Market, and the service is consistently excellent. My coffee is always made exactly the way I ordered it. The shop is a perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They make every visit feel personal. On my last trip, I picked up a bag of their coffee beans to brew at home, and now I don't want to drink anything else. The aroma and freshness are unmatched. I ordered more bags yesterday to be shipped to my house, and it arrived at my doorstep just a few hours later. The quick delivery was such a pleasant surprise. I found myself visiting North Carolina and found this spot not too far from the airport and decided to check it out. They provided great service and were ready to answer any questions or give suggestions. I ordered the pan de bono panini but also tried a few bites of different empanadas and it was all delicious. As for the coffee, it was fine but I might have been better if I ordered something with a more bold coffee taste. I do appreciate their selection of coffee beans and the opportunity to buy some coffee gear at the location. I would come back and try a few different things from their menu. read more

My favorite local coffee shop just opened a location in Belmont, they are normally at the farmers market in Belmont. The place is super clean, spacious and the customer service is excellent, they sell authentic Colombian coffee, pastries, and much more. There is plenty of parking at this new location. My favorite is Mexican Chili latte with bonuelo. Excited can't wait to visit them next time. read more

Amazing little coffee shop, with the kindest and most welcoming employees! After just moving into the Belmont area, my husband and I were wanting to find a more local coffee shop and so glad we found Jade and Elise! When my husband actually finishes his entire cup of coffee, I know it's a winner! Their baked goods are also to die for! The bacon and cheese empanada with their homemade sauce = *chefs kiss* (we ate it too fast to snap a pic!)! Definitely a hidden gem, and the best coffee in town! read more

Ok, my review is bias, because I'm from Miami and we have some of the best Colombian bakeries in the world! Having said that, I wasn't completely disappointed with Jade & Elise. They are very hospitable and friendly and the bakery is spotless! Plenty of spacious seating as well. Some music would be nice, eating in complete silence is weird. My Cafe con Leche was decent, not a real cafe con Leche, but they tried. The waffle Pan de Bono was delicious! The empanadas are slightly bigger than your typical Colombian empanadas. They're also pricier than your typical empanadas which typically go for $1.50, I didn't like that the meat and potatoes in the empanadas are so blended, it's like a purée consistency inside and that's not how I like it. Like baby food! I prefer chunks of beef and potatoes in my empanadas. I wish them the best of luck, but I don't think I'll return. read more

Jade & Elise Coffee grow their coffee beans themselves in Colombia, and roast them on-site daily. Delicious Colombian, Venezuelan and Argentinian empanadas. The arepas and pan de bono was also great, Super friendly! Will be back often for either coffee, lunch, and breakfast. read more

Lovely atmosphere. They have a kids coffee toy at every table, very thoughtful. I definitely recommend their pandebono waffle.

What a fantastic coffee shop with food and great service . The coffee is actually fresh and comes from their Farm in Columbia . The owner and his wife were super nice and I had two empanadas with my latte. The Latte was perfectly made and not too sweet and the empanadas were delicious . I also about a bag of coffee to take home to grind in my coffee maker . Very happy to find this place and a small business owner runs it and not a big conglomerate that just wants to make money . These folks are good people and their customer service skills are incredible. This is now my favorite place to get coffee not to mention it's not far away from where I live . Had plenty of customers while I was there picking up my latte and empanadas. read more
