I paid $30 and it included a scrub exfoliation, a gel massage from the calves down, an oil/ rock massage with hot towel treatment and filing of the heels as part of the pedicure. Despite covid restrictions (we were both wearing masks though) there was no separator between myself and the pedicurist. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because the pedicurist was 35 mins late. I will be returning barring them nit being shut down due to covid city regulations.

One of the employees said there was another place called Divas, which was close by. They called on my behalf AND the owner of Ohana's offered me a ride. It turned out she was the mother of owner of Divas. Not only did they help me out but I got a 10.00 discount. I arrived at Divas and Paloma was friendly, welcoming and did a fantastic job!! I loved the atmosphere and was so grateful. I'll definitely be back this time I'll call ahead. lol In Albuquerque its pretty to do walk-ins but in fairness to the first place I went it was Saturday at noon. But Divas was fantastic.

We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating.
