Don't expect a peaceful, quiet, relaxing massage because there are no walls - only curtains. You hear every voice, phone, door, checkout, etc. This evening, my therapist was the only person working on a Wednesday at 5 pm. She stayed on a loud personal call via speaker phone for at least 5 minutes while rubbing my back, steppEd out to greet 4 different customers and managed to let several phone calls ring until they went to voicemail all during my massage.
